Her name is over the 12 character limit and the neck tie is placed in either the horn or tail slot (forgot which specifically) instead of on the neck slot it's supposed to be.
It's placed there so it stays as part of the top and doesn't break leaving Lamy with only awkward body paint like what kept happening to the Rosemi soul, with the minor side effect that you can't apply any patterns to it so the neck tie is stuck plain without the right plaid pattern.
