I do a lot of things! And it’s to the point where I start to wonder about the real me.
When I was hesitating to join Denki, I got told by my friends
that it’s so unlike me to be a Denki, and that I’ll be bored right away. “It’s best to not try,” they said.
And bein’ honest, I also kinda thought like that.
Then still since I joined, they said they can’t see me taking lessons seriously,
And they’re treating my doings like a joke.
But duh, can’t let them affect me. I’m in Denki ‘cause I’m having fun, and that’s what matters.
Anyway, kinda recently, I went to challenge myself even further.
I met Lilja-san during it, and she taught me something.
Hikari: Lilja-san did?
Kamira: Yeah.
She said it’s better to wear outfits that you like. It’s way better if one is accustomed with the outfit. ²
Hikari: Outfit?
Kamira: Mhm. You know that I got featured for a magazine, right?
To tell you the truth, not everyone is in the favor of it.
“This is not the Kamira Akiru that we know” , or “she’s not suitable for this” they said.
It’s giving the same vibes with my friends back then, but now it’s also all over the internet.
Hikari: That’s not true at all!
I thought that you’re so cool on that feature!
Kamira: I’m glad if that’s so. I’m also glad that I’ve given the chance to do it,
And then getting compliments from a lot of people, that’s also including you.
Also, I’m a Denki who’s not familiar with anime and games,
But it’s fun to be there with everyone, and I ain’t getting bored with the theatre at all!
The friends who thought that I’ll get bored earlier also changed their mind.
They now often come to watch and give much support to me.
What do I do things for, you ask? It’s obviously to everyone who wants to support me!
If they don’t like my decision, then they’re likely not my fan to begin with.
Hikari: Heheh… Right!
Kamira: That being said, it’s totally fine to do things as you like, Hikarin.
Gotta laugh when you’re feelin’ to laugh, and be bright when you’re feelin’ the bright.
And that’s the steps to be the Hikari that we know!
