1107 VTE Treaty of Apeiron
Treaty between the nation of Infinity and the Chronobanks Company
Proposal
- The company is allowed to build a city in southern /infinity/ island, and this city is to be designated a special economic zone where the company is allowed to operate with nasfaqg laws.
1.a. Nothing that happens in the city will be hostile towards infinity.
1.b. The company will set up its HQ within this city.
1.c. /infnity/ can collect a corporate tax from the city, and thus benefit from its prosperity. - In exchange, and to bring balance to the deal, /infinity/ is allowed to build military bases / trade depots / docks within or near the company administered city in southern /nasfaqg/.
2.a. The laws in this city and the nearby military bases are /nasfaqg/, which effectively means little to no oversight for as long as the actions that happen within are not hostile towards the republic itself (note: not other companies, hostilities towards them are fair game). - Kronii milk is allowed to be sold on /nasfaqg/ markets.
3.a. /inifnity/ gives the company preferential treatment over other nasfaqg companies (note: not other nations or native /inifnity/ companies or merchants. With the latter, the company would like to be treated as equals.) for trade with /infinity/. - /infinity/ uses its fleets to protect company interests on an equal level with native /infinity/ companies within the waters /infinity/ claims for itself, and wherever /infinity/ has oversight.
- In the case of a war, a portion of the company trading fleet can be leased by /infnity/ to be used as warships or supply ships, or both. Furthermore, any mercenary companies and fleets loyal to the company will offer /infinity/ preferential treatment when signing contracts.
5.a. This way infinity could have a larger "shadow fleet" incase of foreign aggression against infinity or her allies, without having to pay for its construction or upkeep during peacetime.
Plans for the City
If /infinity/ so wishes, the city could be build on a set of artificial islands off the southern coast of the main island, so that /infinity/ officials would have more control over the movement of people and goods out of the city, as they could put check points on the bridge.
A University where new technologies and magic are to be researched would be built. The results of said research are shared only among /infinity/ scholars and the company.
A number of manufacturing sites for processing of raw materials sourced both from /infinity/ and elsewhere where the company is active would be built.
Bases for the company's merchant and mercenary fleets are to be built.
Rest of the necessary infrastructure to make everything work is to be built.
All funded by the company.
The City is to be built at the location of the red rhombus. The already existing town and the surrounding land of Kronistadt shall be leased to the company for as long as the deal remains valid.

After hearing about a deal the nasfaqg rep made with /morig/, I wanted to do something similar with my main vtwbg/nasfaqg company, but with /infinity/.
Essentially I want the company to become an /infinity/ aligned nasfaqg megacorporation.
If the proposal goes through, everything in the proper agreement will be agreed on a "spirit of the deal" basis, which forbids either side from abusing the other through loopholes, metagaming, or OOC stuff. This is an absolute rule, meaning that if either side would do actions that are hostile or intentionally harmful to the other, those actions and actions that would lead into that hostility or harm would be retconned. The goal of the proposal is to form a friendly cooperative pact with the company and infinity, and to allow me to have a cool setting for writing.
