Agreements

This serves as the lines not to be crossed by Chronobanks and Infinity as per the expansion of their expanded trade deal. Failure to comply with any agreement listed here is to be considered a hostile action, and should the guilty party not undo such actions the deal is null and void.

Expections on part of Chronobanks

1. Chronobanks is not to expand its facilities on Infinity soil outside of Kronistadt without the permission of Infinity.
2. Chronobanks is not to share, sell, or divulge, or allow the sharing, selling, or divulging by others, research, knowledge, or technology privy only to Chronobanks and Infinity to any other entity, private or otherwise.
3. Chronobanks is to take Infinity's side in any conflict and protect Infinity's interests from any hostile entity, private or otherwise, where requested and according to the laws of Infinity and the Serene Republic if applicable.

Expectations on part of Infinity

1. Infinity is not to seize assets of Chronobanks for any reason, even in the case of the deal becoming null and void.
2. Infinity is not to extend the rights to run a corporate city, or the the right to operate out of Infinity, to any private entity other than Chronobanks.
3. Infinity is to take Chronobanks' side in any conflict and protect Chronobanks' interests from any hostile entity, private or otherwise, where requested and according to the laws of Infinity and the Serene Republic if applicable.
