ill decline a request if im uncomfortable with the media or if theres not enough resources to make what youre asking me for. if you want me to use fanart you have to ask the artist for permission and send over what art youd like me to use if they say yes. (have to show proof they said yes) if i decline something for not having enough resources and you give me some i will then change my mind.
