Notes

As a reminder if you want to see a card completely, visit https://www.carddass.com/dbh/sdbh_ugm/cardlist/ with a translate add-on or utility, can copy the card text and paste it to google translate or DeepL. Also as extra utility, here's the link to the avatar abilities if you're curious, remember to have a translator on standby if you're not fluent in Japanese, https://www.carddass.com/dbh/sdbh_ugm/play/avatar_ability.php And Dimps-sama, if you are reading this, pls WM2, I get to make 50 decks in 36 hours, you get a tax right-off if it bombs if that's how it works in Japan, and your devs can have a simple dev cycle that shouldn't be too painful, everyone wins. H1 -> MM2, let it happen. Also if you wish to buy SDBH cards, good luck with your native customs, https://jp.mercari.com/ is way to look up SDBH cards to personally own them, note its best to search with the card number ("UGM6-055" for UGM6-055 Vegeta (Xeno) as an example), and that if you try to go for big name cards like UGM7-SEC3 Goku Black, it can go into hundreds of dollars but other cards are relatively cheap.

Prelude to Random Nonsense

Little rhyme or reason to the decks other than something got the brain thinking, most of the decks are also straight forward in card choices and how they work. Xeno shadow dragons, brainwashed warriors, and even a WM UR are all on the menu. Will prelude now that these decks are much less 'good' and more rogue, an exploration into deck build theory and some comedy.

We Need More Cool Big Bang Attacks

Card Why
UM5-054 Vegeta (BR) So the card's main two things in the deck is that at critical STA, he has the team deal 1.3x DMG for the round, and that his lock-on has him deal 3x DMG if targeting an enemy with less than 100 GRD. The 5k GRD doesn't matter, in WM it could come up. Now due to the STA, we have to be are careful on STA generation, HRs start with 1.5 bars, meaning we'd need uneven generation to either make him flush at 2 bars exactly, or situational STA generation that can ignore him so he can go to 1 STA for the 1.3x boost.
MM1-ASEC Teen Gohan Remember how Vegeta (BR) needs to be at critical STA to do the 1.3x DMG thing? Teen Gohan does it for free, and more. He has STA generation, which is nice, and then when he attacks, not participating in a co-op group, he deals 100% more DMG for that attack per HE the enemy team has, hitting hard in his own right. Will note here that the 1.3x DMG boost from this and Vegeta (BR) are round only, not permanent sadly. Goku could be used for the extra 30% DMG reduction and a random TAA/CAA seal for the enemies if they try to proc Krillin, but the main purpose is to lean on Gohan's DMG.
UGM10-SEC Goku Possible the first time I've used this card proper instead of having a countermeasure for him. R1 he transforms into SSG, gaining 4x PWR/GRD and 50% DMG reduction, already really good but he also has it where he makes all enemies that'd take more DMG than him be untargeted for attacks, which is good to make sure nobody's getting stunned considering Vegeta (BR) is flying close to the sun. Furthermore, when attacked as a SSG, he gains 50% DMG reduction for the round and generates 1 HE for the team. This DMG reduction can help against various action abilities that don't natively pierce DMG reduction, and for the sake of Vegeta we do need to be careful on timing. Make sure that Krillin and this card are registered before Vegeta (BR) so that his GRD won't overshadow this card R1.
UGM10-025 Krillin The situational STA generation for him and the Gokus that also covers as PWR/GRD generation, very nice for UGM10-SEC Goku. But there's more, at the end of the PLBP if there are more enemy attackers than allies, the DMG mulitplication for both teams are disabled for the round. This could be used to our advantage actually, if the enemy doesn't want our team to deal 1.69x (nice) DMG at a baseline, they'll want to proc this, meaning having a lot of attackers, which we can exploit with the Robel and Demon God Demigras down below among other ways.
BM11-017 Goku BM7-SEC Goku answer that is a Goku, 11k PWR LV not too hard with what's on the table I think, especially with Demon God Demigra.
UM3-036 Robel Not only does she offer all the PWR in the world to everyone, really making Teen Gohan and Vegeta (BR) pop-off, but she has a lock-on that sets the enemy's GRD to 1 and decrease their DMG reduction by 50% if they have more PWR than Robel. This is our cool way to make sure Vegeta (BR)'s lock on will go for the 3x DMG multiplier.
BM5-062 Demon God Demigra The fastest Demon God Demigra there is, 1k PWR and PWR LV per enemy attacker, also reduces enemy HE in the PLBP based on his PWR which should almost always be the max value considering we have Robel on the team as well. While I am using him for the speed because I like to go fast and BM11-017 Goku, with SSG Goku's HE generation, you could argue to have a slower card as listed below to have a bit more punch if BM7-SEC Goku's not as common.

Alright this went a lot harder than I first thought, as we'll get to with the alternate cards, I was thinking more about using units but (BR) unit options are bleak and can get very intense with the slots, and I just wasn't getting lucky, the cards to make Vegeta (BR) work just couldn't be unit members for the units I needed, so I looked for an alternate, and that led to retargeting since it's hard to stun a card you're not attacking. The deck should be fine for most matches but is probably very fickle against stun cards like ABS-22 Piccolo or early CAA seals like ABS-16 Omega Shenron, also not having the HA does suck for its HP, thankfully Robel and Demigra are decently flexible, you just need to make sure you have an option that sets the enemy's GRD to 1 (which HAs can't do) and probably some speed to make sure BM11-017 Goku can be activated even against UM8-047 Fin.

Alternative Cards

Card Why
Stun Prevention Units 3 HE to make sure your team can't be stunned, does fair poor against BM7-SEC2 Masked Black but with jank getting eaten alive was to be expected, that said this, alongside the next unit, was surprisingly rare, not really that often on cards nowadays because it mostly sucks. For the interesting options, SH8-040 Toppo lets you get into Jiren which has a couple of good cards, UM1-057 Future Trunks has Goku and Vegeta as unit members and Defense Orders, UM8-064 Gogeta (BR) wants Whis and Beerus while having some fixed PWR LV on his end. UM10-029 Beerus has Strongest of the Strong with Goku/Vegeta as unit members, spirit bomb smash EX ahoy! BM9-030 Supreme Kai has Perspective just in case your sealed from HE R1 and really want the unit, Crimson God Meteor is a nice thing too. UM12-CP6 Pan (Xeno) has a keysword lock and a godbird, alright. H7-42 King Vegeta if you want to be nostalgic, requires Vegeta (Base) and Paragus (Base). There's SH2-44 Pan and UM3-023 Trunks (GT) if you want to use Goku (GT) and finally BM1-048 Vados which has a tech against PWR disruption (10k PWR for all allies with less than 100 PWR in the PLBP) and wants Champa and Hit which could be neat.
STA DMG prevention Units 4 HE to prevent STA DMG, note this doesn't help against cards like UGM4-064 Gohan (SH) which lowers your STA by ability, this is for the STA DMG from the CIs. I found three cards of note, BM12-052 Goten (Xeno) has a keysword lock, BM11-055 Goku has a godbird and HGD9-21 Mecha Frieza has really interesting unit members with King Cold and Super Perfect Cell (yes MM1-SEC2 Cell works here).
STA Buster Units It is 3 HE to set everyone's STA to 0, which is useful for setting Vegeta (BR) to critical STA as well as win the PLBP if you have fixed PWR LV or Solid Tactics, and there are cards with both the unit and Solid Tactics. The STA generation doesn't hurt Vegeta (BR) since it's a flat 2 bars. The main issue was deck space for unit members with what I wanted to use, that said there's a variety to go here if you want to explore, probably replacing Teen Gohan in the process. BM8-005 Piccolo has Vegeta and Adult Gohan as members alongside a lock-on burst to set an enemy's PWR to 1 for the round. UGM4-062 Goku (SH) has Gohan (SH) and Piccolo (SH) as unit members which is phenomenal. UM11-061 Shisami has you using Sorbet and Golden Frieza which is, I didn't think this combo existed all the way back in UM11. BM12-034 Zangya has Bojack as a unit member if you want to explore memes there. UGM3-032 Trunks (GT) opens up Pan and Gogeta (GT) as unit members, can't go wrong there. UGM10-GCP2 Chi Chi has Goku and Roshi as unit members, will warn that Master Roshi is not a great unit member to deal with. And finally there's UGMP-14 Vegeta (SH) with Goku (SH) and Broly (SH) as unit members if you wanted to use Broly (SH) for whatever reason.
BM8-SEC Gogeta (BM) With the healthy HR co-op group, you could get mileage out of him alongside other HR aggro cards, big thing is that he helps lower someone's GRD to less than 1k for Vegeta (BR) but kind of is in a catch 22 situation. If the enemy can be stunned, they lose 5k which doesn't beat the generation but the boosted effect just disables their GRD instead, good in general but bad for Vegeta (BR). The doubling of HE and PWR LV is also appreciated.
BM4-060 Mira If a lone attacker or lone supporter he sets the STA and GRD of two enemies with high STA to 1, a possible BM7-SEC answer alongside GRD shredding, he also has the Spirit Bomb Smash EX so you could lean into that as well.
UGM8-SEC Fusions Vegito sets enemy's GRD to 1, does STA dmg and if his PWR is lowered, he resets it and deals 3x DMG, and this is all ignoring the 30k PWR Gogeta (Xeno) gets for free while setting three high PWR enemy's PWR to 1 for the round. The biggest issue is the kidney you'll need to sell for the card.
BM8-SEC3 Masked Black Sets the GRD of enemies in his attack row to 1 alongside STA and PWR, has extreme style points but also very risky and this deck doesn't have healing really to help his ability stay active.
BM9-SEC Masked Black Sets two enemy attackers with the highest PWR back 100k PWR/GRD and take 25% more DMG, really nice for Vegeta (BR) but after he's an attacker once, he almost does nothing afterwards.
HJ6-63 Trunks (Xeno) If you win the PLBP he sets the enemy's GRD to 1 for the round, clean and simple, just no damage natively, a bad CAA, and requires winning the PLBP which may require a bit of help in the deck-building department. That said, still a strong ability and if you need Trunks (Xeno) as a unit member, this is who you choose.
UM9-062 Super Hearts If you have more HE than the enemy in the PLBP you set their GRD to 1 for the round, otherwise you halve them which can help soften the blows against Godku.
Various other Grd to 1 Lock-ons You can make a lock-on aggro type of deck, having a card lower someone's GRD to 1 that way before Vegeta (BR) locks onto the same person, it's what I do in WM with UM2-SEC2 Golden Cooler since he also has a burst, some PWR LV, and increases the enemy's CI speed. HJ1-13 General Blue has a very similar lock-on, just that he doesn't come with the bust but does have the CI speed and setting GRD to 1, also no fixed PWR LV on his ability.
UGM8-031 Chilled While he could join the lock-ons, he's much more than his lock-on and can be a strong reward for working within Vegeta (BR)'s lock-on, making it sting harder as that 3x is now effectively 6x or 12x DMG, main thing is room and wanting to explore different build-paths, absolutely a world where you use this though.
ABS-23 Vegito (Candy) / BM10-SEC2 Masked Black / BM6-062 Demon Goddess Robel Noting here you don't need to just go with Godku for the retargeting, other options do exist.
UGM10-023 Goku Not only is he immediately the fastest Goku in the game, he also has a lock-on that lets him do 4x DMG on top of his 4x DMG, appreciates what Robel offers with her lock-on on setting the enemy's GRD to 1 and possibly reducing their DMG reduction.
UM12-CP8 Demon God Demigra Demon God Demigra with a godbird if you want to help one of the attackers on the team win a CI, we are using lock-ons after all.
PSES11-06 Demon God Demigra He has a dark shenron that could work well with BM11-017 Goku and reduces enemy HE by 2 at the end of R2.
BM6-ASEC2 Goku Normalizes your CI speed as a Goku alongside having PWR LV doubling each round, could be nice with Krillin if you want to.
UM1-54 Goku Normalizes your attackers' CI alongside generate 2k PWR at the end of R1, is slower than BM6-ASEC2 Goku though.
UGM9-SEC2 Vegito Normalizes your CI speed when an attacker while increasing the enemy's CI speed and has huge fixed DMG, Gotenks doesn't really fit for the deck

Brainwashed Brutality

Image description Image description Image description Image description Image description Image description Image description

Card Why
BM12-SEC Goku At the start of the round he restores the STA of allies with critical STA and gives them 10k PWR alongside himself, furthermore he gains 2k fixed DMG per round meaning he can hit really hard. He's how we really make use of the brainwashed trio listed below since not only is he STA generation, he's PWR generation too, something the three really appreciate considering a base of less than 2k is very unimpressive.
BM11-027 Pui Pui Brainwashed Brutality as it's called in World Mission has it where the card has 1 STA at the start of the game but gains 3k fixed PWR LV, this is on the right timing for cards that were used to tech against HGD10 Gowasu to proc since they're start of any round when looking for allies with critical STA. The big thing with this card is that he has a 3 HE unit to give the entire team 1.5x PWR LV permanently, with the 9k fixed PWR LV on board, it'll take a R1 stun card to stop you getting the free PWR LV boost.
H7-38 / UM12-038 Yamu Either of these work, H7-38 has the calm and collected unit that slows down your team's CI for 3 HE in case you wanted that to help win CIs, UM12-038 is a BS with a burst so he deals more damage for what it's worth.
H7-37 Spopovich He has a STA Buster Unit which does have a sad issue with the deck, timing. BM12-SEC Goku restores STA before you can use your unit so you can't use this to try and proc it, it'd be so cool if you could but you can't. I've tested it with UM8-068 GS3 in World Mission to depression. Thankfully the ability does work with the card, if only there was any Brainwashed Brutality cards in WM and it wasn't just an accessory. Now that these three equal to 9k fixed PWR LV R1 alongside the restore from Goku, meaning they represent 15k PWR LV in of themselves.
MM2-SEC3 Omega Shenron The total HP of the last 3 cards is barely 7.4k HP, you are not a paragon of tankiness so why not lean into that? This is the most aggressive R1 revive available, he offers damage R2 onward with fixed DMG, also with Goku we seal his heal which we do want.
ABS-31 Gotenks With the fixed PWR LV, it'll take HGD9 Future Trunks to stop us from going first, which means we can secure the effect for R2 and two out of three options are decent. The HE we could take it or leave it but the STA generation and the 15k PWR/GRD for the team are really nice, even if it's just R1 for the former. Just make sure that the brainwashed trio are registered first, than Goku, than you have this card so he doesn't get in the way of Goku. But that isn't the only reason, as long as you can go first R2, his dragon fist can give you another revive for R2 which can help with going the distance and let the units really shine here. Can also act as a way to punish them playing low in trying to poke Shenron's revive away.
MM2-073 Janemba The low-hp reward of choice, he lowers enemy STA and increases the DMG they'd take at the end of the round based on how low your HP is, helping you win the PLBP while also making the enemy take more DMG.

So it's a bit of a revive aggro deck but trying to use multiple revives for Janemba to shine and Goku to also do things, his PWR boosting could help against UGM3-SEC2 Jiren depending on the enemy team's PWR disruption. The main hiccup with the deck is it does nothing against a Revive seal and I do know there exists an app that does it R1 so who knows about the continued existence for these type of decks, but if they don't have that, instead preparing for the use of R2 apps as that's the most common by a large margin, than you could get some wins by hitting fast, hopefully hard, and doing it multiple times. It also isn't the best for Gotenks but he's the best for a R2 revive we havve.

Alternative Cards

Card Why
HGD3-20 Vegeta This is a Majin Vegeta with Brainwashed Brutality, with the unit focus he didn't really have room but you could try other forms of the concept and leverage the fact you have a Vegeta for good units, MM1-043 Future Trunks, etc. Sadly he joins the exclusive club of himself and BM11-027 Pui Pui for cards with the ability that can't be used with Jackie Chun's Teachings (start of the game, all allies with less than 2k HP gain 2x PWR LV for the game).
HG9-44 Pui Pui Has the brainwashed brutality with a STA Buster Unit, seems pretty good, the unit members are Final Form Frieza and base General Rildo, I am not a brave enough boy here to try and make something work with Rildo, final form Frieza actually has several good cards though, not the issue here. Including the Goku you'd have one flex slot remaining so make that Rildo count.
UGM5-040 Spopovich He has solid tactics instead of Brainwashed Brutality and Paralyze which could be nice since 4-3 is not 0, Goku on his own will require a little pick-me up for the round after he fires sadly. Also the unit on him isn't that great, the brainwashing unit we have on Pui Pui but it asks for Dabura and Yamu, not Yamu and Pui Pui.
PUMS13-SEC Goku PUMS13-SEC Goku could be used as a more defensive option and something against PWR disruption but that is not for this deck. Could explore something with him, PWR <100 synergies and BM8-SEC2 Vegeta since he gives free super attacks and Vegeta would really appreciate that. Just that with the Brainwashed trio, defense wasn't really something all too considered.
UM8-068 GS3 Could be used as a more speed-centric option, giving the STA alongside 2k PWR LV for the team, if wanting to try and get multiple revives from Omega Shenron, maybe using him alongside HGD9-56 Gohanks (Future) and MM3-062 Majin Ozotto to get a loop going with the low HP of the deck, but the three do have more HP than the average for the deck or have an issue with deck space but still something to consider.
UM9-SEC Goku (GT) Offers more speed than GS3, giving you 1k PWR LV alongside the STA per ally he restores, his God Kamehameha gives him GRD/DMG reduction pierce which is valuable as well, main issue is that he offers less DMG for the team, no PWR generation or fixed DMG.
BM4-SEC3 Future Gohan He checks for the end of the round, making him too slow for the deck.
UGM10-SEC3 Kid Goku When compared to Omega Shenron you get less raw damage for an extra CAA and having to play a more predictive game. In theory he also can be insurance for Gotenks since he seals him before the PLBP, in theory, you could lose the PLBP the round you want the revive while maintaining the ability.
Other Low HP Options Gotenks and Janemba are flexible slots, can be replaced depending on what you want, the base PWR that Goku gives is really appreciated on UGM8-SEC5 Monaka, BM7-060 Golden Frieza (Xeno) and BM7-064 Golden Cooler (Xeno) can give you extra PWR/STA generation or STA/GRD disruption respectively, alongside other various options.
HGD6-SEC Baby Hatchiyack Tuffle Vengeance lowers the STA of all allies when a supporter to have those with less PWR than and has them deal 1.5x DMG, can be an issue with this variant of the deck but could helm his own deck, and when an attacker he lowers the enemy's STA. Main issue is that he's not a bar of STA on his own meaning it may be hard to proc the low STA cards like Goku. Could be paired with SBPSJ-03 Vegito but that card is not in WM so I don't know how effective his STA draining effect is.
ABS-23 Vegito (Candy) Simplest form of retargeting, can help protect your team from getting stunned after using the STA buster unit while sticking to the low HP goal of the deck.
Dark Shenron / Spirit Bomb Smash EX Can be used to stun the enemy post STA-buster unit if you want to, the unti does active after the start of the round meaning that it'd just be prep-phase/PLBP STA generation that'd get in the way of the dream.
Jackie Chun's Teachings Considering the majority of the brainwashed crew have less than 2k HP, and you're restoring their PWR LV, you can use this card to further boost the speed they offer if needed, 9k fixed + 12k from STA = 21k just off of the three cards, main issue could be the space, you'd be left with 2 flex slots then but could still be something to explore. Maybe something like Goku + 2 cards + Jackie Chun to be more efficient with the speed if you don't care for the units (9k + 6k from STA < 9k + 12k from STA). The cards that include this are HJ4-10, which has a GRD capsule CAA, the highest HP at 3.4k, and is a HR. BM11-TCP3 is a BS with the highest possible DMG of the three and counter rush. Finally there's MM1-012 which is an EL with a Ki-bullet CAA as the best CAA of the three.

Shadow Dragon Assault

Card Why
UGM6-061 Syn Shenron (Xeno) So he's a semi heavy hitter while also being some disruption, at the start of the round he reduces enemy HE and gains 3k PWR/GRD per card that has Negative Energy Resonance on the team, with the two that means 2 HE and 6k PWR/GRD, he also gains GRD/DMG reduction pierce after transformation, which is R2 onward for 2k HP and 2x PWR LV. It's a nice collection of effects but not spectacular, especially now but it could go somewhere with the rest of the deck. The 2 HE a round, sadly due to timing means nothing R1, can help keep the enemy off of things if you supplement it, and for the deck, it means he can hit hard and have some extra speed/HP to help in close games.
UM3-XCP7 Naturon Shenron (Xeno) STA Buster unit + Negative Energy Resonance, the former is a 3 HE unit that sets everyone's STA to 0 and the latter boosts the shadow dragon's PWR LV by 1k and then by 100 per ally with the ability, meaning that this, alongside Nouva Shenron (Xeno), represents a total of 2.2k fixed PWR LV, which isn't a lot but could be appreciated as a touch of speed after setting everyone's STA to 0 or for R1 aggression. If there was any tragic thing, it's that the STA buster unit only wants Syn Shenron (Xeno), not Omega Shenron (Xeno), so a few cards that could've been neat are completely skipped over.
UGM6-067 Oceanus Shenron (Xeno) Another STA Buster but this time Solid Tactics to really help win the PLBP after the unit's been used.
UGM6-065 Nouva Shenron (Xeno) He is here as both a unit member and Negative Energy Resonance member, his CAA sucks ass and his unit isn't worth it for this deck.
UM7-SEC3 Hearts / BM6-SEC2 Vegito This is the Godku answer, both have their merits depending on whether you want to otk or have it be a permanent thing. Hearts' lock-on disables the enemy's GRD/DMG reduction for the round and can deal 3x DMG himself, meanwhile Vegito gives your team 5k GRD and take 50% of fixed DMG if you win the PLBP, and then gains 10k PWR and deals critical STA DMG on his co-op attack, and his summon disables the enemy's GRD/DMG reduction permanently if the enemy has 50%+ HP. For the deck I chose Vegito since I'm not sure this deck could reliably otk with support, but you could try.
BM11-017 Goku If you do not fear thy dragon monkey of BM7-SEC, you can replace this with many other cards, with the speed and STA generation, shouldn't be hard to hit the 10k+ PWR LV threshold and the CI disruption's a nice bonus.
BS Demon God HA The targeting, if you have 5k+ PWR LV he'll make sure the team targets the most frail enemy which should be whomever Hearts/Vegito hit with their action ability, the STA generation sadly sucks since it'll done early enough that a STA Buster unit probably eats it unless you trust your STA against whatever the enemy has, the one-time seal for BM7-SEC Goku could be nice, but the majority is for being easy and simple retargeting with a pair of solid CAAs.

So the Xeno Shadow Dragons were weird, they felt like they were a good core for something but the last three slots were a bit rough to pick since the dragons were almost a jack of all trades, master of none, the closest to mastery being STA buster unit spam helping them win the PLBP but otherwise it's whatever and the last slots could be used to cover a lot of things. Main idea with the two Goku answer was that the rest of the deck can do well against other aggro decks, STA buster + solid tactics hits at such a timing that they won't have the STA to win the PLBP and won't have the defense to really not die, this activates after the start of the round but before the prep-phase, that said, if you want to shore up your matchups against them considering defensively the deck isn't air-tight, especially against a R1 stun like ABS-22 Piccolo where you'd normally lack access to your units.

If I were to ignore the existence of meta Gokus, I'd have the last 3 slots be one of two main paths:

  • UGM6-SEC Gogeta (Xeno)
    • UGM9-SEC4 Goku (GT)
      • SGPSJ-01 Pan
    • BM10-SEC2 Masked Black
      • UGM9-SEC2 Vegito
  • BM6-062 Demon Goddess Robel
    • UGM9-061 Future Warrior in Black
      • UGM10-023 Goku
      • BM7-050 Goku
    • MM2-SEC2 Gogeta
      • HGD9-18 Demon King Piccolo

Alternative Cards

Card Why
UM4-037 Nouva Shenron (Xeno) He has a solid CAA, setting an enemy's GRD to 1 with an ability that could be somewhat useful, gaining 2k PWR per enemy supporter alongside some STA disruption for the enemy attackers, sadly it's slow, being at the end of the round, but as a card it's better than the Nouva Shenron used and could help with things.
UGM6-064 Eis Shenron (Xeno) If you want Nouva Shenron (Xeno)'s unit, than this is the one with Negative Energy Resonance to make Syn Shenron (Xeno) get 9k PWR/GRD, reduce enemy HE by 3, and increase the fixed PWR LV to 3.6k. He also has the same unit as Nouva Shenron, 3 HE to reduce the enemy's PWR LV by 20% permanently which could be neat.
UGM6-062 Omega Shenron (Xeno) His CAA is a bit nuts, setting enemy PWR/GRD/STA to 1, his unit isn't that bad being a Oath of Revenge unit, 6 HE for a revive, and then his ability is a R1 stun that sadly is playing 3rd fiddle. Caps the enemy's PWR LV to 7k which means it not only loses to UM8 Fin but also HGD9 Future Trunks. If only there was a card that wanted Omega Shenron (Xeno) as a unit member.
BM6-062 Demon Goddess Robel UGM8-SEC Vegito is the only reason this card isn't a card, since you'd need some contingency for him. Now with the deck as is, it's not too bad considering the base 2k GRD on Nouva and Naturon, and the GRD boosting of Syn, you could get away with having any card as your 'in case of UGM8-SEC Vegito' option as long as the card has over 1k GRD like BM1-SEC3 Bardock. If sticking with the HA, than the base GRD needs to be at 2k.
BM12-SEC Goku / PUMS13-SEC Goku / UGM9-SEC Goku (GT) So the math for STA is that Solid Tactics is 2 bars exactly, meaning that after you attack, you can have these cards guaranteed to proc as long as no one gets stunned, main issue is that not getting stunned can be a big ask without a card that wants to be attacked like ABS-23 Vegito (Candy) and was a bit too similar to what I did with the brainwashed aggro deck but there's absolutely something with these cards.
SH4-SEC2 Dark Masked King Massive HE generation that has the highest ceiling in case you're against HGD9 Trunks (Future).
BM8-SEC Gogeta (BM) He doubles your HE and his PWR LV in the prep-phase, which isn't bad if you could get HE in the first place, there is a solid HR co-op group on the team so his GRD/CI disruption on attack can be useful.
BM10-071 Bardock In the similar vein, his 5k PWR and 2x PWR LV could be nice for the co-op group since we have a few HR attackers.
UGM2-064 Gohan (SH) A very versatile card that you can use as you please, whether its HE destruction alongside Syn Shenron (Xeno) or its HE generation to guarantee units, same goes with the attache PWR/GRD generation, main issue is that it requires a Piccolo (SH) but you could easily use one for the deck, UGMP-22 gives you a block burst and steals 1 HE from the enemy and UGM1-068 Piccolo (SH) for even more HE disruption as long as you can have some HE for him to gain PWR from. UGM2-065's STA generation's not too valuable but the CI disruption and 2 HE on using a unit's pretty nice.
UGM6-SEC Gogeta (Xeno) The most aggressive HE generation card, 1 per other ally attacker if you're low on HE thanks to HGD9 Future Trunks, otherwise he's a heavy hitter and free fixed PWR LV for the team alongside the Negative Energy Resonance.
UGM7-063 Goku (BR) & UM12-066 Vegeta (BR) Vegeta (BR) can generate 5 HE and 10k PWR for the team if you've destroyed HE and have a Goku (BR) on the team, which to do both you can use UGM7-063 Goku (BR) to steal enemy PWR to help with defense as well, the only issue being that these cards don't do anything R1 if under a stun card.
UGM7-SEC3 Goku Black Similar to Gogeta (Xeno) if they have a Goku attack, stealing 1 HE per enemy attacker while also dealing 5x DMG, and if you change the deck a bit, you can get situations to steal half the total enemy attacker PWR once or twice.
UGM8-068 Shallot This is to help with R1 aggression, giving you all the STA alongside a heavy hitter and punching over UM8 Fin, just not good against ABS-25 Piccolo or HGD9 Future Trunks.
UGM8-031 Chilled & MM2-053 Frieza Chilled, when stacked, is speed, and Frieza can offer huge PWR disruption if they have a Goku or Goku (GT) attacker, further more you can fit HJ2-SEC2 Kuriza for even more speed and an offensive unit, 5 HE to double the members' super attack DMG. Just ahve to not mind missing the HA or that Chilled might be slow since he's relying on Frieza mostly for the disruption.
UGM9-061 Future Warrior in Black Can be used alongside BM6-062 Robel to make sure Syn Shenron's the one being attacked all the time if you opt in a Goku, of which there's no shortage of good cards, even BM11-017 can foot the bill as a Goku for him and a BM7-SEC Goku answer.
UGM10-056 Chronoa/Aeos Chronoa can generate HE per enemy supporter alongside giving you a higher chance for miracle perfects, if you want more outright defense, Aeos can reduce enemy DMG by 30%, steal miracle perfects, and reduce enemy HE per ally supporter if you have any.
UGM10-SEC2 Gohan (SH) Can hit decently hard and his climax doubles your team's HE if he goes Beast, has the same issues as BM8-SEC Gogeta (BM) before with 2 times 0 equals 0.
MM2-039 Goku (GT) He generates HE per 3k DMG you've taken the previous round, acting as a way to secure the unit R2 even if you were stunned R1 alongside hitting hard himself, generally good option if you are fine with a worse Goku matchup and playing a bit risky, you do have to take 9k+ DMG for Goku (GT) to do his job. That said he also opens up some Pan possibilities, UGM9-045 can be easy miracle perfects and extra fixed PWR LV to guarantee his damage and SGPSJ-01 has Defensive Stance for the team and can give Goku (GT) GRD/DMG reduction pierce in case fixed DMG wasn't enough.
HUM4-22 Yamchad If on a slower variant of the deck, you could use this card, Outstanding Assist is not bad but doesn't really fit with the aggressive take on the deck, but for a more controlling deck wanting to use Syn Shenron (Xeno) as a method to control enemy HE, pairing up with a couple of cards just in case, you could do something.
ABS-17 Gogeta (BR) 3 HE in the PLBP and -1k enemy GRD for the round per HE you have, even has retargeting to boot to just be a welcome card for the deck.
ABS-18 Vegito He gives you 2 HE which sadly isn't enough for the STA Buster unit but the 4x PWR and slight STA generation could be enough to dissuade, the card means business.
ABS-31 Gotenks This deck appreciates all the options Gotenks offers, just that I used him already and he doesn't really help against the Goku decks unless you want to remove the HA from the equation to make room for him. The 2 HE can help activate units, even when stunned if you win a 1/9, the STA generation helps with R1 aggro and the 15k PWR/GRD is always nice. The STA Buster units make it where winning the PLBP is far from difficult so you won't have to worry about missing it and the revive can help with defense.
UGM9-016 Adult Gohan If defensive enough, leaning more into that Syn Shenron (Xeno) control idea, this can cap the enemy's HE to three in the prep-phase since they can't generate from abilities and only get 3 from PWR LV as long as you have more HP than the enemy, could be something worth exploring.
UGM9-SEC4 Goku (GT) Is a bit of a slow card but really appreciates the HE disruption from Syn Shenron (Xeno), R1 he gives you 5k PWR/GRD and 50% reduced DMG from the enemy, R2 he becomes Giant and then R3 he is 6x PWR/PWR LV, boosted to 12k if you have Pan in the deck. He also gains fixed DMG based on how few HE the enemy has, maxing out at 12k DMG.
Perspective Supreme Kai (various) This is the most secure way you can make sure that you can get the unit R2 since he matches, not generates, HE so as long as the enemy has 3+ HE, you can use this to activate your unit for R2 and start the train no matter what, just note the most utility you'll get is a Crimson God Meteor from BM9-030.
UGM4-064 Gohan (SH) A more synergistic BM7-SEC Goku answer since the HE generation could be appreciated but that'd require another EL in the team so that he can attack first, not impossible but with the cards I wanted to use, not in the cards.
BM3-059 Vegeta Can be linked to Syn Shenron (Xeno) when he's transformed to maximize his GRD/DMG reduction pierce and gain a ton of PWR/PWR LV in the process, if you want to win the PLBP this can help with that.
ABS-28 Gogeta The most complete Goku answer one could ask, gives GRD pierce, has DMG reduction pierce, does STA damage when you attack to handle PLBP STA generation, he's got it all but I felt that was a bit too cheap but you can argue replacing the two cards with this and have two flex slots open.
BM12-015 Goku / MM1-073 Gogeta Both have similar lock-on as Hearts, just with an awoken burst and different utility. Goku could act as slight HE generation and get some PWR if there's a Piccolo in the support area, Gogeta has some fixed DMG and offers extra PWR LV to the team, useful to help winning the PLBP without needing to use the STA Buster unit if you want to hold out on it for whatever reason.
Note for other lock-ons and SH6-SEC2 Great Priest With the BS Demon God HA you could try a lock-on strategy, where something like UM2-SEC2 Golden Cooler and HGD8-44 Hit lock-on to the same enemy, reducing their GRD/DMG reduction to ribbons while the rest of the team follow through but that does limit slot space on what the last two slots do. This also helps in a way with BM7-SEC Goku since you'll have 2 attacks before you get into the co-op attacks.
BS GoD/Kai HA If not fearing the Gokus, these are the more preferred HAs, GoD specializes in DMG while Kai specializes with speed, could go for an HR Android or EL GoD HA if you want to increase enemy CI speed with a strong PWR theft effect or lower enemy STA in the PLBP with the fixed DMG the GoD natively gets.
BM4-060 Mira He is a unit member for the Demon God HA unit which reduces enemy DMG reduction by 50% and opens up possible Chilled paths for the deck but probably for his own considering the slots the Shenrons are taking up.
