Jirai Kei (ๅฐ้ท็ณป) is a Japanese subculture that got it's name from the term Jirai Onna (ๅฐ้ทๅฅณ) which is a derogatory term that refers to a woman who may be emotionally fragile where if you say the wrong thing around them they might explode like a landmine.
Due to mistranslations and misinformation from the Western world some people believe that Jirai Kei is a fashion style which is incorrect. The style you tend to see most landmimes wearing is called Girly Kei. Not all landmines wear Girly Kei including myself. If you don't wish to be included into Jirai Kei but you like the Fashion you can simply say that you like Girly Kei. Although while Jirai Kei isn't a fashion and is inherently Dark Girly Kei, some Japanese people may recongize it as a fashion.
Lifestyle Landmines are a term given to people who follow the stereotype of Jirai Kei while Fashion Landmines are the opposite. A Fashion Landmine is a "landmine who only likes the fashion" which is just someone who likes Girly kei. While some fashion landmines may be simply misinformed there are some who are informed and refuse to listen which often make them eye of alot of Lifestyle Landmines hatred
