genshin impact has been my special interest since i was ten, and im currently fifteen. and not once in five years have i possessed a singular bone in my body that hated Il Dottore. i think that, just like my dearest wanderer, he is a fantastically written and ethereal character. on the 17th of january 2026 i declared my yumeship with him to be official. i love him very dearly and he is my comfort character (ironically.) while he is only a concept in this universe, i do very much hope that im bound to him in another. i couldnt imagine my current life without him. (also because dottotrame encouraged me to get back in touch with the ship edit community which allowed me to meet some of the most wonderful friends && friend group ive ever had. hi FPD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

so. as i am writing this, Zandik and I have spent six months together in an established relationship. that feels really embarrassing to say about a fictional character, especially with how some of the people who may find this will perceive me, but oh well. six months of holding eachother hostage ❤︎⁠ love u Dottie

because the fatui is what brought dottotrame to light

ok let me explain

for those Who Arent in The Know, the Fatui harbingers are based on characters in commedia dell'arte. Beltrame included! niche background character. i went for this because i was making an oc (who then developed into my persona) to fill up a spot among the harbingers. beltrame means " famous raven " which is where i got my idea of corvid husbands from. and thats also why i now associate myself with corvids, though primarily ravens (obviously.) and for More Who Dont Know, Zandik is also said to be much like a crow. both ravens and crows are part of the corvid family. so yay! corvid husbands.
