γ What the π€ Sun Feels γ
Simply Diluc Ragnvindr, but may have alternative names depending on the Life? A few of the referrals taken up are Dawn, Luluca, Bloodrover, or Ozymandias. As of currently, mainly referred to with He/Him pronouns, on occasion with They/Them.
Beautifully Bxy, but may also be depicted as TransMasculine, Genderfluid, Agender, or Genderqueer. He tends to Love those who complements himself, but to be more specific, Bi DemiRoSe with a more Aceflux lean at times.
It is believed for him to be Autistic, Borderline (or just Borderline Traits), along with PTSD. There are interpretations of him to having certain periods where his energy is drastically low and cannot function properly, essentially some sort of chronic fatigue.
Diluc is naturally a sensitive person, arguably having high compassion even if his empathy can fluctuate. As a child, due to Mondstadt being a nation of hunters, had learned to hunt, yet struggled to truly kill any animals. While that is no longer a struggle now, he is still very protective of them, especially avians as a whole. Avians are his special interest, and he indulges in activities involving birds quite often.
Speaking of hunting, Diluc eventually learned to be quite adept at it. He can use a spear, a bow, and other traditional hunting gear, but it isn't exactly his preference when it comes to fighting. He usually likes to hunt by Falconry, training birds of prey to capture game, although small. Additionally, due to his long stay in Snezhnaya, he has become quite adept as low visibility hunting.
The reason he wears gloves isn't for birds to perch on, but primarily due to his fighting style. When using Dawn, Diluc releases flames, surrounding him before he absorbs them into his greatsword. In the past, he was prone to burning his hand or the metal was simply too hot for him to hold for long. Thus, one of the remedies was for him to wear gloves. It did additionally help in managing his sensory issues.
Diluc had learned how to paint when he was younger, but he couldn't improve as much as he'd like due to his past aspirations of becoming a Knight of Favonius. After his journey through Teyvat, he picked up a paintbrush again, reminding him of his late father. He struggled to continue painting, the grief overwhelming him, but eventually it becomes naturally to him. He does not believe hs is as good at his father, but Diluc feels a sense of peace to continue something artistic his father used to do.
