"Traces of a Lost Village" request in Legends Arceus heavily implies that a Froslass was impregnated by a human and they had 2 Snorunt kids:

The request is the poké-rendition of the Japanese folk tale of Yuki-onna: https://www.trussel.com/hearn/yuki.htm - it is further reinforced by the fact that Froslass was inspired by Yuki-onna, back in gen 4.
In Canalave Library (Sinnoh) in the Japanese version the Sinnoh Folk Story 3 describes that humans and Pokémon used to marry each other.
