killing Furina would mean there’s no solution left for the problem, also Arlecchino was NOT aware that Furina wasn’t the archon.. she simply thought that Furina was doing absolutely nothing to prevent the prophecy from happening when she couldn’t really do anything due to being human. Arlecchino is attached to Fontaine in her own ways because firstly, she grew up there and her children literally are children of Fontaine.

back at the tea scene, Arlecchino expresses her disdain for.. lazy people! she thought Furina was simply just lazy and not powerless — that’s why she shit talks the rest of the fatui harbingers all the time!! because she hates lazy people, and not Furina solely for just being Furina,

she was under the impression Furina was sitting on her ass doing nothing to stop the prophecy without knowing she PHYSICALLY couldn't do anything due to being a false god.

Furina also had the choice to just limit her exposure to Arlecchino given nobody knew she was a human at the time, everybody would’ve been more than happy to fulfill the “archon’s” requests. instead she PERSONALLY agreed with the arrangements to see Arlecchino personally, nobody was forcing her to do so!
