ATTENTION to those who did not see 2023's list last year due to a lack of a thread: There is a link directly below, as well as previous years and you may consider this year and that year a 2-for-1 Christmas type deal. It's got more than double the content than this year's and fun stuff like the Doom anniversary celebration, an F-Zero section, a fun little "bottomless stocking" for those feeling lucky and much much more. OPENING

Didn't get much for Christmas? Looking for more? Santa's got you covered for another year at least. In this page is a list of various freeware (downloadable and browser), romhacks, game mods and some other goodies. Straight from the sources or very reliable hosts, no malware, no needing to make an account or join a Discord. Just dive into whatever interests you and have a jolly good time.
This is my 5th year making these, time is going a bit too fast for my liking. But I appreciate the support even when I'm doing this for free during downtime.
It was a slow year, so unfortunately there was not a whole lot from this year to round up, and with the unfortunate closure of romhacking.net, I had a chunk less to work with. But I saved a bunch of links and picked what I thought would be interesting or well-liked. Due to the aforementioned and due to personal circumstances and to minimize burnout, this year's list is sadly about a quarter of the size of previous years.
But that won't put a stop to celebrating this special occasion with vidya, so please help yourself to any links found here and in previous years, and hopefully you will find something you enjoy to make this Holiday Season all the sweeter. God bless and have a Merry Christmas
