How to backup save files

You may pick one of two methods to back up your save files:

• DBI MTP
• JKSV

DBI MTP

What you'll need:

• DBI

Backup process:

1. Connect your device to your PC.
2. On your Switch, access the homebrew menu and launch DBI.
3. Select Run MTP responder from the menu.
4. Once your device is connected, on your PC access your device by clicking on the DBI drive.
5. Access the 7: Saves folder.
6. Copy over to your PC the Ìnstalled games and Uninstalled games folders.

Restoration process:

1. Connect your device to your PC.
2. On your Switch, access the homebrew menu and launch DBI.
3. Select Run MTP responder from the menu.
4. Once your device is connected, on your PC access your device by clicking on the DBI drive.
5. Access the 7: Saves folder.
6. Copy over to the 7: Saves folder the Installed games and Uninstalled games folders.

JKSV

What you'll need:

• JKSV

Backup process:

1. Launch JKSV.
2. Click (X).
3. Select Dump All For {User} from the menu.

Restoration process:

1. Launch JKSV.
2. Select your desired profile.
3. Select your desired title.
4. Select your desired save state.
5. Press (Y) and confirm restoration process by pressing (A).
