Backstory:
A reclusive shinobi obsessed with taijutsu had the lifelong pursuit of obtaining the ultimate body, eternal and indestructible. In the end, they failed in their quest because of old age and looked everywhere for a student (finding the perfect one in Amegakure) to inherit their legacy in hopes that he would succeed in obtaining the ultimate body in their stead. The day before their death, they used up all their insanely precious Divine Marble they got from an exchange with a foreigner from another continent to sculpt their student's body into the Divine Statue Body (this is where the Enhanced Body comes from), which embodies the shinobi's vision, having all the advantages of being a statue, immortality and very high defense, while maintaining the advantages of organic life, senses and regeneration. The side effect is that he now looks like a literal statue of a 3.17 meter tall super buff adult Greek man regardless of his actual age or prior appearance. The appearance was based on the foreigner because the shinobi thought that the appearance matching the origin would enhance the effect; this is unconfirmed as there are no other known Divine Statue Bodies to compare with.
Eiken did not inherit his teacher's pursuit of the ultimate body. Instead, seeing someone at the top of the world slowly die, he was made aware of his mortality and true immortality became his lifelong goal. The shinobi knew of their disciple's thoughts but didn't try to change his mind because they think that he must have an ultimate body to achieve that goal, so it made no difference to them if he pursued true immortality or the ultimate body.
The biological immortality has attracted the attention of [insert Character] who wants to capture and dissect him. Eiken doesn't know this, but he does know that many people want immortality, so he wouldn't be surprised at an attempted capture.
Personality:
He spent most of his life with his stoic and taciturn teacher and most of his time was spent training, talking very little with others, so he's very socially inexperienced, though he feels no anxiety about it. Unlike his teacher, he acts upbeat and is very emotive, not bothering to hide (most of) his thoughts at all, though only in peaceful situations as he becomes stoic and taciturn like his teacher when in combat. He loves training and fighting; maybe he likes other things too, but he's never done anything else.
He's very nice and tries his best to help, but only when his dream isn't involved. Everything is secondary to his dream; he won't hesitate to destroy anything, even lovers and best friends (though he would first sincerely try to convince them to not go against him), blocking his way to true immortality. He knows his limits and the benefits of cooperation, so he hides this side of himself, keeps a good reputation, and won't do anything bad to Konohagakure unless there's enough benefits to be gained like an opportunity to obtain a Legendary Artifact and he thinks he can get away with the crime...
He has never told anyone of his dream and only his late teacher, the one closest to him, knew about it by inference, so everyone assumes that he has the same dream as his teacher since he seems as obsessed with taijutsu as his teacher. In reality, it isn't that he wants to only focus on taijutsu, but that he has no choice but to do so: he is only talented in taijutsu and not much else.
D -> C Story:
Eiken went to Turtle Mountain to learn senjutsu, became the disciple of a Turtle (technically a tortoise) Sage, and was accepted into the Turtle Clan as an honorary clan member because of his immortality. He learned Sage Mode and two suitable senjutsu (https://rentry.org/tw5kg9mn#sage-techniques). Aside from techniques, the Sage also gave him wise advice, telling him that he underestimated his peers in the Forest of Death and that if had gone all out sooner when he fought Itami and not ignored Choko, he would not have been in the dangerous situation of being split in half. The Sage, having lived in Turtle Mountain since forever, wanted to experience something new, so he followed Eiken to Konohagakure to sightsee.
Combat:
Only taking into account his default state with his Divine Statue Body, no enhancements like Chakra Mode, he has very high defense, high strength, endurance, and weight (density), but merely above average speed.
By his appearance, one would assume him to be slow, but this is a grave mistake as he has astonishing speed due to his many physical enhancements.
He can ignore most attacks by virtue of his defense, only needing to protect exposed vitals like eyes and ear holes most of the time. If needed, such as when badly injured, he can go underground, heal to full, and come back up to fight again.
Against melee opponents, he straightforwardly fights ones with similar speed, but against ones with much higher speed than him, he focuses on defending and waits for opportunities for decisive attacks as he knows that anyone so fast must have low defense, so only one direct hit would be needed to severely injure them.
Against ranged opponents, no matter if they're slower or faster than him, he charges at them while throwing rocks, or even rock powder against particularly fast and elusive opponents, playing the endurance game if they're faster. With Chakra Flow, Improvisation Art, nature energy, and immense strength, these thrown rocks are not to be underestimated. There is no need to pickup rocks as he can quickly shape and detach small parts of his body from his hands, which only causes negligible damage that he can quickly heal by absorbing rocks from his feet or creating rocks with an elemental technique.
Against tricky illusionists, he runs around and scatters rock powder omnidirectionally to find out what are illusions (the rock powder will pass through them) and hopefully hit the enemies, charging at them the moment he finds their location. He repeat until he determines that the strategy isn't gonna work and improvises another one or the fight isn't in his favor and runs away. Illusionists usually have low defense and thus would be at least somewhat hurt by the rock powder, hopefully interrupting their actions, but if not, they'll still move from being hit and bleed, which will enable sight, hearing, and smell from detecting them.
Against hiding opponents, he does basically the same as thing as against tricky illusionists, without the parts about dealing with illusions of course.
When running away, he does it by digging through the earth if possible.
