ceroba has moved to the surface
an estate in a forested region, chujin's grave has been moved as well through the use of some magic.
granted, she didnt do much to move stuff here. some royal mages helped move everyone's homes across the surface.
but thats besides the point. worst part is that the estate is large, large enough that in her old age she has to have clover and kanako around to help her maintain everything.
now normally, she'd be perfectly fine with this. but after getting cured kanako started studying all about human technology hard.
she very quickly developed three more tails.
she's proud of her daughter, truly... but it reminds her of her own situation.
ceroba looks into her mirror one day after waking up, still the same old same old with no tail.
she sighs as she gets ready for the day. thinking about where she went so wrong.
as she's pouring coffee she looks out the kitchen window and sees kanako and clover on the path to the mansion.
they've been up for a while and are messing around with each other while sweeping.
... wait.
ceroba looks closer for a minute.
kanako has a 5th tail now.
ceroba just stands there for a moment
she sighs again and goes back to bed.
