• a good time ago , dave was fucking around with the properties or whatever of the 3d realm, which leads to a big ahh explosion that results in him losing his legs, and eventually, the power to travel between the 3d and 2d realms, as well as able to turn things 3d and other stuff idk- these powers are passed on through his family
• after some recovery from the incident, dave plays around with the newly found powers he has. which leads to him meeting expunged and bandu. the gang gets along pretty well, until expunged asks if it can to talk to dave in private...

" how did you even get here... "

" kind of a long story, actually. i was experimenting with... science-y stuff. even i can't properly explain it well, but it resulted in these new powers? it's all so surreal to me and i'm only now just figuring out how to even use them. "

" damn humans and meddling things they shouldn't be messing with... erm! i can try and help with these... "powers". it looks like i might need your help when we are done. "

• expunged helps dave with the powers, and eventually asks if she could have dave help her and bandu in defeating the thing that's been tormenting the 3d realm for a good time... an entity named akuji.
• without any kind of second thoughts, dave offers to help.
• the battle went on for a good while, but the trio won the battle. akuji was not to be seen again.
• dave gets home, leading to dealing with a concerned and scared silly bambi

" DAVE? WHERE WERE YOU? "

" h-hey bambi! i was busy doing something... "

" WHAT KINDS OF THINGS...? "

" you don't need to worry! if anything, it probably benefits us for what i did. "

• after some time, dave introduces bambi to bandu and expunged! they get along and all that good stuff, yadda yadda yadda. akuji is not once mentioned. bambi is not aware of this until many years later.

16 years later...

• dave and bambi are having the time of their lives, they had 2 new beautiful kids, tristan grew up to be an amazing scientist, and the world is at peace!
• until expunged reports that akuji may be back, but in a different form.
• dave decides its time for zach to learn more about himself... and why he truly lost his arms and how dave lost her legs.
