This build is suspected to have been tampered with in 2020 before making its way to us. We believe that it may be a less-complete copy of a much larger build that is also circulating, which we have named HotlineMiami2_E3_2013_2 (Download). Notable differences in HotlineMiami2_E3_2013 are described below.
