Assessment:
Wraith presents a significant threat due to her combination of stealth, mobility, and melee abilities. 
Her invisibility and teleportation make her extremely difficult to track or contain. 
The ability to target "pressure points" adds a dangerous offensive capability to her already formidable evasion skills.

Strengths:
- Nearly impossible to detect or predict movements
- Can trivially infiltrate secure areas
- Capable of quickly incapacitating targets
- Excels in hit-and-run tactics

Weaknesses:
- Lacks any enhanced durability (standard human vulnerabilities)
- Strikes ineffective against well-armored opponents
- Likely inexperienced due to young age
- Heat signature is still visible via infrared sensors

Engagement Protocols:
1. Vulnerable to sweeping, area-of-effect attacks.
2. Squads equipped with infrared visors to counter invisibility.
3. Mandated use of full-body armor for all engaging PRT personnel.
4. Utilize containment foam liberally to potentially catch or slow Wraith.
5. If detection is impossible, disengage.
6. Assume standard Stranger engagement protocols.

History:
Initially operating solo, Wraith has recently joined the Undersiders. 
Prior recruitment attempt by Empire 88 was unsuccessful.
Tends towards burglary and thieving.

Notes:
- Frequently taunts opponents in combat. Taunts are entirely mundane in nature; Master protocols do not apply.
- Struggles when forced to fight outside her terms; excels when catching opponents off-guard.

Recommended Approach:
Direct confrontation is not advised unless countermeasures are in place. Apprehension extremely unlikely at this time.
