002． backstory — yumeself revised timeline, post dofp
born in 1840 under unknown circumstances, she got adopted by Travis & Heather Hudson. Coco lived with her parents and her brother in peace and solitude, the farm comfortable enough for her. despite the weight of having to work around the farm, she didn't struggle particularly with anything, blissfully unaware of the rest of the world. her parents passed away around 1845, at a noticeably young age for her, the trauma causing her mutation to soon appear. Frederick brought her to the city and started working to support them both financially as she grew up by his side. the city was incredibly uncomfortable for her, causing her to self-isolate most of the time and grow accustomed to complete solitude. but when everyone around her died, given the fact that she was the only one with a healing factor, she entered a state of depression & used her mutation to form an indoor garden. she eventually gained a work as a perfumer, met Charles & Erik and helped them fight. after Cuba, she didn't join the school but lingered and helped raise the children, before running away.
she was soon recruited in the X-Men again by Logan, Ororo and Scott.

X Hudson — same mutation. in this reality Frederick is her older brother who joined Team X, Coco having tried the same but being denied since she was a woman. she lives in a small farm with her parents Travis & Heather Hudson. Frederick sends letters to his sister whenever he gets the chance, telling him about the team — this makes both her & the other men aware of each other. after their fight for the adamantium stone Logan sends her a letter telling her that Frederick was dead, and the fact that Stryker didn't bother to contact his family, thus making her grow hatred towards Stryker.
eventually Logan comes to look for shelter after the adamantium being implanted in his bones & he meets her fully (aka finding shelter in Travis' farm). they grow close because of their mutations, but then Stryker attacks the farm, & Coco decides to run with Logan on his journey to defeat him.
