/wg/'s Fall / Halloween 2024 Contest!
Falling leaves, scary stories, and the cool breeze of autumn, fall has something for everyone! This is a writing contest for anything fall and Halloween related, whether it's a tale of being haunted by a spooky spirit or a fic about enjoying a cool October evening watching the leaves change colors!
There will be four main categories for submission:

Along with two bonus accolades that a fic in ANY of the main four categories can be awarded:
Autumn Leaves Award:
The fic that you think best captures the feel and spirit of fall and/or Halloween.
La Creatividad Award:
The most unusual/unique for /wg/ fic.
All entries must be submitted by the 27th of October, and voting will start on the 1st of November.
Please tag your entries with "Fall2024" and the appropriate category (Short/SFW, Long/NSFW, ect).
I'll update this page with a link to every entry, so if you don't see your fic here wait a little while and post it in the thread again, I may have missed it.

What if I write a fic with 4,000 words?
I'll flip a coin to decide if it goes in the "Short" or "Long" category
I've never written anything before, can I still submit something?
