WaifuDiffusion Touhou Character Recognition
I've been testing every (yes, even the ones that have a 100% chance of not being recognized) touhou character past PC-98 for whether WaifuDiffusion understands it. The bad news: It doesn't know a lot. The good news: It has varying degrees of knowledge that can be taken advantage of to still get the touhou character YOU like the most.
The Chart
This is the test for the level of recognition WD has. This means no additional tags to give some hints to WD. Example prompt:
(Character Name), 4k danbooru
Steps: 20, Sampler: Euler a, CFG scale: 12, Seed: random
(If I do this again, I'd set CFG to 7, but that doesn't meddle with the knowledge of WD)
Taggable Touhous
So your character isn't from EoSD, dang. But if your character had some partial understanding (palettes are a good hint), there's a chance for you to still be able to generate it. Still, this takes up a huge amount if not your whole prompt so it's not idea, but better than nothing.
Method
Pick a girl, and search this in danbooru
CHARACTER_NAME_HERE rating:general solo
On the left are common tags for the images on this page, and that's what you want to try and get WD to recognize. Load them up in a prompt, that should end up looking something like:
Daiyousei, green hair, white shirt, fairy wings, short sleeves, side ponytail, yellow ascot, collared shirt, blue vest, blue skirt
If it works, great! Let me know itt and I'll add it. Not everything will lead to full recognition, sometimes it just helps get the character closer... which is better than nothing.
