Warden Node - Terms of Service

Welcome to Warden Node. By ordering or utilizing our game hosting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Provisioning and Resource Usage

Resource Allocations: Services are allocated specific hardware resources (such as RAM, CPU threads, and disk storage) based on the ordered tier.
Fair Use Policy: On shared or "Best Efforts" resource tiers, users must not intentionally run scripts, plug-ins, or loops designed to degrade node performance for extended periods of time or disrupt other clients sharing the underlying hardware.
Server Management: While we will ensure you can use our services effectively, the client is responsible for for any code level errors, breakages and the like. As we are not coders and/or programmers for your game services/communities.

2. Prohibited Content and Software

Clients are strictly prohibited from utilizing Warden Node services to host, execute, or distribute:

DDoS tools, network scanning scripts, or botnets.
Cryptocurrency mining software.
Any application or automated script designed to cause deliberate network instability or hardware stress.

3. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Billing Intervals: Services are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected billing cycle. Payment must be cleared prior to service activation.
Cancellation: Clients may request service cancellation at any time directly through the billing dashboard.
Refund Policy: Due to the allocation of server resources, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If our infrastructure fails to deliver the specified uptime or functional resources contracted, a full or prorated refund will be issued.

4. Data Integrity and Backups

While Warden Node employs automated node-level stability measures, clients are highly encouraged to maintain independent backups of their critical game worlds and server configurations. Warden Node is not liable for data loss resulting from user-end file deletions or mod corruptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Warden Node provides infrastructure on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for any indirect disruptions, lost player data, or financial damages arising from community downtime.

6. Client Conduct and Right to Refuse Service

• Zero-Tolerance Harassment Policy: Warden Node maintains a strict professional boundary. We will not tolerate abusive language, personal insults, constant demanding behavior, or threats directed at our administration or support staff.
• Immediate Termination: We reserve the absolute legal right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate your server instance at any time, without a refund, if your conduct violates these boundaries or disrupts our ability to run a professional operation.
• Abuse Escalation: Any attempt to manipulate our payment gateways via malicious or fraudulent chargebacks following a conduct-based termination will be contested with full administrative logs and submitted to global hosting abuse databases (including FraudRecord), which may restrict your ability to rent from other providers.
