"We're heading to Pawprint Lake, silly."
...
You stared at her.
You hoped for a follow-up, but no.
She adjusted her bathing suit and continued packing a beach bag.
This wasn't the first time this had happened.

The most in your face.
The biggest piece of evidence that she was more than your humble (and busty) dragon gf.

"No."

"No, it's Rock Lake." You repeated, with more compunction.

Her thick, heavy tail idly flopped between you as she paused to listen.

...

You opened the map app and...

It was a giant pawprint lake.
"See? Told you." The dragonees said, startling you.
Your eyes went a little wider.
"I think you owe someone a massage for doubting the wise dragon." She chuckled.
How'd she get behind you? Were you that focused?
You opened up the web browser and searched.

"What the..."

A wikipedia page.
Social media posts.
And all these maps...
"There has always been Pawprint Lake."
Again, from behind you.
And you froze.
Behind you and above you.
She smirked, looking down at you... and now three heads taller than you.
Her smirk became a full-fledged smile as you looked down at her massive feet paws.
And at the map in your hand.
"Always..."
