Vueko has magenta eyes with black bags underneath and red hair with a white streak on her bangs, caused by trauma inflicted during her childhood. Due to her long imprisonment, she has very long hair that seems to have taken a slightly slimy consistency. After being freed, Riko helped clothe her with items from Iruburu's Market of Value to hide her identity.
After being struck by the the curse of the 6th Layer and becoming partly Narehate, her appearance became deformed and she lost the ability to speak in full, coherent sentences, though her mind was still intact.
