1st Hormizd Passage Agreement

The two nations of the Retro Reich and the Empire of Artava have agreed to the following terms.

• The Retro Reich is exempt from the toll for using the Hormizd Passage. All ships flying their flag will be briefly checked to ensure of their authenticity before being allowed to continue.
• The Empire of Artava's ancient and holy right to impose a toll for the usage of the passage shall be guaranteed and supported by the Retro Reich.
