How do I git gud?

General tips

1. Hold "Z" to strafe
2. Obtain and max out the Study Glasses as soon as you can.
3. You can combine weapons into stronger weapons using a golden anvil, which only drops after at least two requisite weapons are at max level (See above for possible collab weapons)
4. If you are a beginner then UberSheep is a good way to cover healing, however you should eventually learn to use the Just Bandage instead.
5. If you are struggling to unlock the Supachat, you can cheese it by refunding upgrades in the shop until you have over 5000 coins, playing a round and instantly dying, and then re-buying your shop upgrades.
6. Learn how to deal with swarms:
   1. The first filter comes at 8:30, when you are surrounded by shieldbeats. Mumei and Bae are the easiest characters to clear this with as their specials will wipe the entire screen. For other characters, attempt to find the gaps between the shieldbeats and don't be afraid to run through them; it's better to take a hit running through one than to let the whole swarm gang up on you.
   2. The second filter happens at 14:00, which is the 「Q」swarm of both deadbeats and shrimp. While you should be at a point where either your special or weapons can wipe most of the screen by the time this swarm shows up, you can follow the above shieldbeat advice if you find yourself struggling.
   3. The Yagoo swarm at 30:00 is the final filter. If you are playing as anyone other than Gura then you will need the Plushie to survive this.
7. How to survive past 30 minutes
   1. Obtain and max Plushie.
   2. Obtain and max Just Bandage.
   3. Collab as many weapons as you can, prioritizing the Flattening Board.
   4. Take the +20 Max HP upgrade whenever you can.

Character-specific tips

Ame

1. You can press "P" while near Bubba to pet him. Be sure to do this as often as possible.

Gura

1. Take Gura's personal skills early, as they give her the best survivability in the game.
2. Gura gets buffs to the Cutting Board, which can help make up for the weapon's general mediocrity before hitting max level.

Ina

2. Ina gets buffs to the Cutting Board, which can help make up for the weapon's general mediocrity before hitting max level.

Kiara

1. Kiara's kit is better suited to kiting than most other characters.

Mori

2. Obtain and max the Workaholic skill as early as possible.

Bae

1. Bae's kit is designed around maximizing damage output through raising crit chance and expanding your weapon arsenal. Unlike other characters in the game, Bae's special scales with the weapons you have; at the beginning of the game she will only spam her dice attack, however her late game special will easily clear the entire screen through abusing various collab weapons.

Fauna

1. Fauna is one of the best characters for beginners due to her extremely high HP regen and panic invincibility ult.

Mumei

1. Max out Mumei's starting attack as early as possible as it is easily the most powerful starting attack in the game.
2. Move until your main horde of enemies is off-screen before using her special in the early game; the mobs will still die but their drops are guaranteed to remain.

Kronii

1. Kronii's kit is built around her Perfection skill, which provides massive buffs to SPD and ATK as long as your HP is full. While Perfection does provide self-healing, this can be aided with Nurse Horns, Full Meals, or the HP upgrade.

Sana

1. Sana's kit is built around knockback, which can be amplified with AsaCoco plug and BL Books.

IRyS

1. IRyS benefits from the Asacoco Injection more than most other characters due to her high HP regen.

Money Farming Guide

1. Prioritize the "Money Gain Up" and "EXP Gain Up" upgrades in the shop.
2. Play on Stage Mode.
3. Use Mumei and rush her starting weapon to max level.
4. Collab weapons as soon as possible, ideally the Flattening Board.
5. Take the Supachat and Halu as soon as you see them and max them out.
6. As your weapon and accessory slots fill up, you will find "+100 Holocoins" as an option every time you level up. Obviously pick these.
