S: And who might this be?
N: You serious?
N: Did I make the wrong call?
S: Just messing with you.
N: Oh come on!
N: I've got to-ns of free time right now
N: So I decided to give you a call
S: I'll be going on a business trip soon.
N: oh~?
N: I'm about to head off to my shift too.

I boarded the train that was heading to my destination

Announcement speaker: Attention everyone, this is an announcement.
Announcement speaker: There is an inspection at this current time, departure will be approximately 20 minutes late.
S: I don't think I'll make it...

20 min later

Passenger A: Ah, we've started moving
Passenger A: Damn it, I won't make it in time-!
N(on the announcer): Ah ah~ Hello? Anyone hear me?
N: This train will be hurrying up just a ti~ny bit... pahyah!
Passenger A: heh?
S: That voice was...

Train kicks into gear

S: Woah!

After arriving at his destination still on time due to Nozomi presumably speeding the train up

S: I still made it after all...
N: Ah, it's you Sensei.
S: Morning, Nozomi./In regards to the train ride just now...
N: Pahyahya~! Yep, I was the driver!
N: What a coincidence, so you were on that train too!
N: So, what did you think about the ride!?
S: It was... just a bit fast...
N: You won't ever be late on a train I'M driving!
N: You will be able to make it to your work on time right?
S: Yeah, thank you!
N: Good to hear, good to hear.
N: Any idea when you'll finish?
S: Probably the evening...
N: Well, give me a ring when you're done, see ya!

And Nozomi ran off, like a breeze in the wind.
Evening
After walking through the ticket gate, I gave Nozomi a call...

N: Good timing! I'll be arriving at the first platform, come to the first car of the train!
S: Alright, the first car...
N: Ya, Sensei.
S: You sure it's alright for me to be here...?
N: Quit worrying and get on!

Adhering to Nozomi's urging, I got onto the driver.

S: First time I've ever been inside one of these...
N: Look around as much as you want!
N: Well then, time to depart~

N: So how's the view of the front row doing for ya?
N: It's especially pretty during this time of day. This twilight scenery... I just can't get enough of it.
S: It's so cool...!/But it seems difficult to focus on while driving a train,
N: This baby's got automatic driving systems, but I don't use em much.
N: Letting a train ride on it's on would bore anyone to tears wouldn't it? These things were made for human hands after all.
N: Oh~? Wanna give it a try?
S: That's a pretty daunting thought, so no thanks!
N: Ahahaha! Just messin with you!
N: You don't have an engineer's license, so don't worry, my hands aren't handing this baby over anytime soon.
S: G-good to hear...

And so, I returned home on the train driven by Nozomi

S: That was pretty fun. Thanks.
N: Don't sweat it!
N: It was pretty fun for me too! Pahyahya-!
S: Next time I'll be on board as just another passenger.
S: Not someone with a licence.../but just a guest. How's that sound?
N: Hmm? Well, not like I have a problem with it.
N: You are an amateur afterall. Pahya-!
