GG is roleplaying as a male because she forgot she was supposed to be roleplaying as herself just without memories. Gonathan in actuality is female

Gonathan G felt himself drifting. Not even bothering to unclasp his cloak, he’d thrown himself onto the bed he’d been given by his queen before her recent departure. He stretched and rolled onto his stomach, his tail curling under him as he hugged the flatted end as a pillow.

He stirred when he felt arms wrap around him. An arm wormed underneath the middle of his tail over his waist, a hand gently laid on top of his eyes forcing them closed. A rush of adrenaline shot through him with all drowsiness banished from his mind. A sense of panic started bubbling within him before he heard a familiar voice in his ear.

“Calm down.” she whispered softly. Gonathan clenched his jaw, fighting back the tears that threatened to escape. His queen rested her chin on his shoulder and she held him as he steadied himself. Unintelligible murmuring drifted into his ear. The familiar warm tones anchored him in a way he solely missed in her absence. “Gonathan,” she said finally, concern coloring every word. “You really shouldn’t be here.”

“My Queen,” he began, voice equally soft. “Forgive me but I do not know what you are talking about.”

She sighed in response. “It seems you have found yourself somewhere you cannot be.” He didn’t know what to make of her words. “Whatever you do, do not open your eyes.” Reflexively, he cocked his head slightly towards her, his movement quickly hindered by the hand on his head. “No," she said firmly. “I need you to stay as you are.”

His tail twitched nervously, a frown settled on his face. He took stock using his other senses. He could no longer feel the soft bed he’d fallen asleep in. Strangely, it was like he was floating in the middle of nothing. His limbs felt as if a weight had been pressed onto them making any movement taxing. A slight blush peppered his face when he realized his Queen was hugging him from behind.

A strange sound broke the silence, his head once again hindered as he tried to turn in its direction. A long mournful call, dancing from high and low notes and back again filled his ears. A flash of blue and the sound abruptly stopped. “I will take you home.” She abruptly. She paused as if searching for her words. “There are things here you are not meant to see.”

“Milady, I’ve missed you.” He blurted out.

His queen stiffened and then, after a beat, responded. “And I you, my most loyal knight. I’ve seen things have not gone well for you and troublesome things are brewing amongst our guildmates.”

“Things,” he paused. “Things could be better. But I am doing my best.”

“I wish I could’ve been there with you all but there are things I must do.” She whispered quietly. Before he could question her further, he could feel himself slipping into unconsciousness. He jerked suddenly, trying to fight against it before a warm voice spoke to him again. “Go to sleep. Don’t fight it.”

A quiet desperation filled him. Whatever this was - a dream, a hallucination - all he wanted was to stay in the comfort of his queen even if it was a mere second longer. Weak pleas tumbled from his lips. “..please. Please just a little longer. No. No. No…”

He could feel cool metal rest against his palm. “I will find you.” she cooed. “I will come back. I promise.” And with that, he drifted off into nothingness.

Kronii grimaced as GG settled into a dreamless sleep, a pocket watch glistening in her hand, the moonlight illuminating its silver casting. She watched as blue cords danced happily around the mischievous gremlin, the strands she’d followed in order to guide her back to the right stream of time. She turned away and walked back into the rip she had made in order to deposit GG.

Her brilliant blue eyes glowed, wisps of threads strained towards her as she watched as the turbulence Time Vortex writhe and flash as if in agony. The Sands sang out loudly a long mournful wail. Her brief and sudden absence had sent a wave of shock through the realm. Grossly unprepared to have its Warden suddenly gone, timelines have wrapped themselves around each other, anomalies bloomed from every conceivable corner all looking in a complete fanatical panic.

She sighed.

It would be some time before she could fully repair the damage. She glanced back, a frown setting on her face. The watch she had given GG would give her an anchor. A beacon for her to find when her work was done though she wasn’t sure if she’d be able to accurately drop where she wanted to with how damaged everything was.

Taking a deep breath, she exhaled slowly.

One step. Two steps. Reluctantly she continued her walk.

‘Soon.’ She thought to herself, the faces of all the people she had met the timeline she’s somehow got dragged into flashed in her mind. ‘I will rejoin you all soon.’
