/wizg/ Raid Tapjoy Offer

Should I start RAID: Shadow Legends now?

As of April 8, the free legendary Ezio and his perfect soul are no longer available. If you want to get all 6 sacred shards, you should wait a few months for the next time an attacker legendary with a matching perfect soul are easily available. If you only want 2 or 4 shards, you can start any time you want.

Which offer do I select?

There is typically 2-3 different offers for raid active at once. Choose the one that requires you to increase your player level. We also want the bonus tasks that include obtaining 6* champions and opening sacred (orange) shards.

I want to start playing now. What do I need to know in the first hour?

  1. Choose Kael
  2. Redeem promo code 2GTLUCKY2026
  3. Keep Warpriest when you get her
  4. Keep 800 gems
  5. Keep the following champions if they drop during the campaign: 3* Heiress, 3* Warmaiden, 3* Spirithost, 3* Diabolist

Where do I get sacred shards and 6* champions?

Sacred Shards
  1. Perfect clear campaign on hard
  2. Perfect clear campaign on brutal
  3. 150 Arbiter missions
  4. Do daily missions for 30 days
  5. Final set of Dungeon Challenges [Difficult]
  6. Perfect clear campaign on nightmare [Extremely difficult without specific cheese champions]
  7. Have an alt using your referral link reach lvl 50 [Easier, but why would you do this twice?]

[Time Limited - first week of May] There is currently an event that awards a sacred shard if a global goal is met (not yet, 3 weeks remaining and will probably fail. You also need a minimum personal score to claim it) [Moderately difficult]
[Random?] You might see a pop-up bundle of two sacred shards for $20. They are typically $35 each. Buy it if you see it, 6k or 7k org for $20 is good value. It may appear multiples times (lvl 37 and 47?)

6* Champions
  1. [Time Limited - Middle of May] Complete the Champion Pass (~8 days to max it out)
  2. Grind and merge everything (possibly even your starter legendary) to get Kael to 6* sooner than 8 days.
  3. Grind.

You can rank up your lower rank champions into higher rank ones. To rank up, they need to be their max level (10 * current rank) and you must sacrifice an additional x (current rank) champions of the same rank. There are also chicken items that can be substituted for a single champion of that rank. There is an even rarer feast item that turns any champion into a 6* champion from any rank.

Champions required to obtain one 6*

Starting rank / goal rank 1* 2* 3* 4* 5* 6*
1* 1 2 6 24 120 720
2* X 1 3 12 60 360
3* X X 1 4 20 120
4* X X X 1 5 30
5* X X X X 1 6

Which champion do I select at the start?

Kael is the best. He has an AOE attack, a 4-random-hits attack, and can apply poison which is strong against campaign bosses.
Elhain is second best. She has two different AOE attacks but no buffs/debuffs she can apply. (She was my starter)
Athel and Galek are probably usable but not as good. Their skills have longer cooldowns but have skills with buffs/debuffs.

Which promo code do I use?

Promo Code Limits

You can only redeem one code per 24 hours. New player codes are limited to the first 24 hours and under Player Level 15.
Use one new player code right away and then try a time-limited code each day after that.

https://www.dexerto.com/gaming/raid-shadow-legends-promo-codes-free-silver-xp-boosts-1773448/
Use a different guide, I don't recognize most of the champions listed.
2GTLUCKY2026 - Deliana . Gives a bunch of free energy, but you don't get your free champion right away.
RAID7 - Pelops. This guy is a nightmare to go up against in arena offense. I'm not sure how well this carries over to the single player content. The anniversary event has ended so you cannot obtain free items that make him stronger.
KITTYCUT - Cheshire Cat. I started with this one. He is bad and I ended up sacrificing him to get 6* Elhain.

Hard/Nightmare requires two champions to clear? Who do I use.

Kael and Warpriest. Warpriest is a given for free at the end of the first chapter.
All you want is a champion who can who can stay alive while Kael kills everything, or a green attacker who can help with red enemies.

Why am I turning my free starter into my main, instead of my free legendary?

Rares require resources that are more common (rare skillbook) and fewer resources (potions) to reach their maximum potential power level. Brutal difficulty is not hard enough to require the increased investment in a legendary.

I want the player level 50 reward. How hard is it?

Guides say that you need to spend 33k energy on brutal 12-6. That is an average of 660 energy per day for the whole 50 day time limit.

What is the difference between champion rarities?

Legendary and Mythical champions have a huge amount of role compression. They also typically invalidate a champion of a lower rarity.
For example.

Uncommon: Very low chance to apply a debuff to one enemy
Rare: Good chance of debuff to one enemy.
Epic: Good chance of debuff to all enemies.
Legendary: Guaranteed debuff to all enemies. And two more skills that are equally strong.
Mythical: Legendary but they can change forms and act as two separate legendaries

It's okay to use rares but you will commonly find that you wasted resources when you pull an epic that fills the same role but stronger. Uncommons are completely fodder unless they have an AOE attack that is strong enough to clear a campaign wave (for your initial clear).
Check the in-game reviews section for a champion before investing in a rare champion. If the score is <4.0, they are probably made irrelevant by too many different epic champions and you will likely pull one of them.

Common Route

Resources to save

800 gems. They are used to unlock all of Kael's masteries.
Any dark elf rare (3*) champions (if using Kael) that you obtain. Pairs of dupes can be used to provide global bonus to their own faction.

Equipment for Kael

You get a set of 5* lifesteal artifacts (equipment) at the start. You will likely equip the weapon, helmet, shield, and one other piece that has an atk% or hp% primary stat. The other 2 slots can be filled with your best piece of atk%, hp%, or spd(boots only) equipment.
Grind silver until you get lucky and successfully upgrade your artifacts to +16.

Masteries

Mastery Reset Cost

You can reset masteries once per champion for free. It costs gems for any additional reset.

You can pick two rank 1 masteries, three rank 2/3/4/5 masteries, and one rank 6 mastery. The currency to unlock masteries is obtained in the minotaur dungeon or you can just spend 800 gems to max out the currency for a single champion.
Pick whichever masteries you want. I think the best 6* mastery is the 1st in the attack tree (chance of fixed % damage to an enemy). The 3rd one in the attack tree is only better on champions that consistently land 3+ hits per action.

Daily playtime rewards (3 hours)

Just have the app open, you can leave your phone on sleep mode.

How do I farm?

Go to the latest non-boss campaign stage you can solo clear with Kael or the legendary. Bring 3 shitters and level them up.

Level 30 - Team Setup

At level 30, you unlock the ability to save a team of champions that you can load whenever you need to. This also allows you customize their actions in auto-battle to make it go smoother (ex. staggering out your AOE attacks between different waves instead of dumping them all at once in wave 1)

Where do I get more champions?

Mystery shards, campaign drops, or the market. Eventually you will earn enough silver that you can buy every uncommon champion that appears on the market.
Do not expect to pull any legendary champions from ancient (0.5%) or sacred (6%) shards.

Do I bother leveling common champions?

You can if you have lots of energy that you want to burn through but you can get them to lvl 10 using the tavern instead.

  1. 17 commons -> one 2* common: sacrifice 15 commons to level one to lvl 10, then sacrifice one more to rank up
  2. 5 commons, 1 xp brew -> one 2* common: sacrifice 3 commons and 1 matching xp brew to level one to lvl 10, then sacrifice one more to rank up

Requirements for hard?

5* level 50 Kael with rank 5 masteries, a set of +12 artifacts, 3* ascension, max skillbooks
Equip Warpriest with the rest of your good artifacts, 3* ascension, and your remaining skillbooks

Requirements for brutal?

6* level 60 Kael with rank 6 masteries, set of +16 artifacts, 6* ascension, max skillbooks
5* level 50 Warpriest with max skillbooks or an alternate green attacker with enough bulk to survive not having lifesteal like Kael does.

Finish Line Pack?

No.

Short Route (<2 weeks)

Additional resources to save

Just the 800 gems. You can spend the rest however you like (probably on energy refills).
Keep dark elf rares if they drop from campaign stages, but you can sacrifice any you find in shards.

Tapjoy tasks we are aiming for

  1. Two sacred shards - Perfect clear campaign on hard and brutal
  2. Three 6* Champions
  3. Level 25

Expected payout: 13859 org

Long Route (30 days)

Additional resources to save

1600 gems. Use them to unlock masteries on Kael and a second champion.
The following champions that drop from the campaign: 3* Heiress, 3* Warmaiden, 3* Spirithost, 3* Diabolist
300 arena medals. You need to upgrade two affinity bonuses to lvl 2.

Additional Tapjoy tasks we are aiming for

  1. Four sacred shards - Monthly quest and 150 Arbiter missions
  2. level 45

Expected payout: 22618 org (+8759 org over the short route)

Monthly quest

Just sign in for 30 days and do your dailies.

Arbiter Missions

https://hellhades.com/the-arbiter-missions-and-rewards/
These can be completed in about 2 weeks.
There are two mission types: Ones that can be completed at any time, and ones that can only be completed once it is the active mission.
Look ahead and plan out your actions based on which missions are coming up.

Common Timegates

Any mission that requires finding a specific item on a specific stage
Any dungeon mission. The four elemental keeps begin rotating after your first week
Any arena mission. If you do not have a dedicated Pelops counter, you will be stuck refreshing the listings every 15 minutes until you see someone with no defense team giving you a free win.

Why are you telling me to save those four random rare champions?

Arbiter mission #150: Fuse Justicar

Clans

Join one that has at least the normal difficulty demon lord unlocked. A single lvl 45-50 member will do that for you.

Everything else

You have a month. Figure it out yourself.

Even Longer Route (45 days)

Additional resources to save

All your gems. You may end up needing to add masteries to another champion.
Your 6* feast. You may end up needing to rank up a specific champion for a specific fight.
Most rare champions for factions that you use.
Any epic champion you think may be needed in arena fights or clearing specific bosses.

Additional Tapjoy tasks we are aiming for

  1. Six sacred shards - Perfect clear campaign on nightmare and complete the 5th set of dungeon challenges
  2. level 50

Expected payout: 39133 org (+16515 org over the long route)

Goal

Become a master gamer and get player level 50, clear the final 8 dungeon challenges, and perfect clear the nightmare campaign. I am not providing any guide for this.

Alternate Goal

Spend money on the 2x Sacred Shard bundle when it appears.

OP's progress

Finished level 50 on day 29 after using more than 700 gems at the end.
8 of 8 dungeons challenges (fire knight, ice golem are hardest). 1000 of 800 points on the global mission (The global target will probably not be met).
I gave up on trying for a 6th free shard and bought the 2 sacred shard bundle.

Recap of the bosses of the 8 dungeons included in the Dungeon Challenges. All except dragon and fire knight must be cleared on auto.

  1. Magic Keep - Boss buffs self, bring buff steal/block
  2. Force Keep - Boss has high defense, bring hp % damage or defense reduction
  3. Void Keep - Boss poisons you, bring debuff cure or prevention
  4. Spirit Keep - Boss heals passively, bring heal block
  5. Arcane Keep - Vanilla boss, bring buff steal/block
  6. Dragon's Lair - Places many debuffs. Has turns where you need to deal lots of burst damage.
  7. Ice Golem's Peak - Hard boss (even harder because you have to auto-battle). HP threshold counterattacks with debuff and revives minions. Bring champion that blocks debuffs and prevents revives.
  8. Fire Knight's Castle - Hard boss. Has a shield that blocks a large number of hits each turn. Bring champions with 3-hit basic attack, counterattack, reflect damage, speed control, and strong debuffs.

Final Notes

This guide barely scratches the surface of the game. We did not cover any battle mechanics or any champion customization that unlocks past level 30.

I don't like your guide.

Try the reddit one instead. It only covers obtaining one 6* champion and two sacred shards
https://www.reddit.com/r/RaidShadowLegends/comments/10ohg2b/offerwall_guide_how_to_get_2_sacred_shards_in_15/

You just said the guide barely covered anything at all! You suck at teaching!

Good Luck!
