BASICS: Mirai is a young vampire lady in her twenties that spends most of her time fawning over lolita fashion form the human world. Alongside her assistant ghoul Kron, she dutifully acts ominously and oversees the Vampire King's affairs as an interest. Her isolation was a predicament of her father in order to protect her, so she uses Kron's eyes as a crow to silently watch events unfold.
BACKSTORY: Mirai grew up pretty isolated since her birth as the sole child of the Kurohime family. She developed an unhealthy attachment to the dolls and her caretakers since the isolation made her physically unable to cope with it. Her father, Dion invested so much time and resources to make sure the war from Makai wouldn't reach his daughter. He was deeply afraid the same fate would happen with Mirai as it happened with his unfortunate wife Vivian.
Her father brought once a ghoul child from the Makai, named Abelkron. Dion explains this boy owns a debt to someone and he must stay with him until he is old enough to repay it. At first, these two didn't get along. Mirai was timid, a bit unsettled by another demon her age and paranoic he would attack her. Kron had an inferiority complex since he was brought to a vampire estate. Though, over time they bonded over seemingly small things. Abelkron later declared he oaths to protect her and Mirai laughed at him. Though, this childish act convicned Dion to let Mirai explore the world as long as Kron was on his side. This kind of contract between them is called a Binding Pact.
Then, Mirai got to study about fashion across a few schools around the world under the vigilant gaze of Kron. She came back to Japan with the intent of opening her own chain of shops. She succeded in doing so, and met a beautiful lady called Sorimachi Saki, a rare type of fae. Saki was an aspiring designer like Mirai, so they often met and interacted, outting their demonic differences aside.
Mirai always grew to never discriminate the demon kin, since her father philosophy was to reunite the entire demon kind instead of pinning at each other.
Nowadays, Kron is her noble right hand, despite being a Ghoul.
PERSONALITY: Mirai is the type of noble refined lady with a sophisticated vocabulary, curated appearences and cold eyes. Though, she is a silver-tongued fox who never hesitates from poking her head in and disguising her remarks as objective observations. She often avoids getting her hands dirty of high thrill activities. Attitude towards vampires remains the same in the midst of humans.
CURRENT TIMELINE: She is currently dealing with the "exile" of Kron, the debt he has to pay to the Vampire King. Though, her vigilant eye always watches upon the current state of Apple of Ever Project.
TRIVIA:
— She bears Founder Blood. Her father used to experiment with different types of blood using Karlheinz's connections and Dion used himself as an experimental host for blood alternatives for efficient feeding and fast regeneration. Unfortunately, he had to stop this project since the pressure and focus of his own objectives shifted after the death of Vivian.
— Mirai can revive the death for short periods of time.
— She considers blood-drinking utterly barbaric.
— She had a short period of time where she convinced Abelkron to go and study about demon worlds in Makai instead, a place forbidden by her father since conflicts arise and go rampant.
