Touka x Kaneki is the worst ship in existence. this isn’t just an opinion. this is a full-on fact. welcome to my hatemail.

i despise this ship with every fiber of my being. every iteration of touka makes my skin crawl. i hate every touka — every fictive, every irl, every cosplayer, every fan account, every single person who looks at touka kirishima and thinks, “yes, she’s good for kaneki.” you are all fundamentally wrong. thus ship is toxic, reductive, forced, and emotionally manipulative on every level.

to every touka lover: i hate you. i don’t care if you’re a nice person otherwise, i don't care if touken saved your life, i don't care that touka reminds you of yourself; that just makes you an awful person. this ship exposes something deeply misguided in your taste. you bring nothing of value to the fandom discourse. you have no redeeming qualities. i pity your understanding of relationships. i pity your standards. i pity your entire worldview if you think touka x kaneki was a healthy, meaningful, or narratively earned pairing.

this ship is a stain on the tokyo ghoul legacy, and every time i see someone praise it unironically, i feel a profound secondhand embarrassment. if you ship it, log off. reevaluate everything. touch grass. read a psychology book. look inward. because your brain is rotting and it’s touka’s fault.
