A Baltoy on a path to Explosion. Only talks through Telepathy, its voice a harsh text-to-speech garble normally and an endogenous ethereal echo when more closely connected. A veritable swiss army knife when out on a job, but is prone to rely quickly on his signature move.
Naive and childlike, he doesn't remember a life beyond this one. A peculiar case, even by Pokemon standards.
