Shadow of Evil [+1XP; 11XP 19QP] - for Tomi (thogh that anon isn't active, so I don't think he'd actually take the Thorn in his side...), maybe it'd help motivate me to quicken up my pace if I take the xp for it, but also helps to even out the XP a bit cause without it I'm at 1XP left and that's a bit awkward (no idea what I'd spend that on, and I hate leaving points unused,), 2XP is easier to spend I feel like with the brewing conflict of Sandy vs 1D, or in particular Sandy vs the Boys, this could shift to him, but I don't think I have it in me what's needed to write for that storyline, and that'd be a 1 to many relationship not 1 to 1 (I don't see Hifumi beating Sandy 1v1). I guess I could also find some other Villain to be a thorn for, or maybe just a Rival (Sandy could also be in that too, but again, I don't think it'd be 1 to 1), so could also be someone else. to get to that 2XP for rounding it could also be a Quirk Compulsion? Not sure what that would be though. I wish Unique Style was 2xp still...

-The need to include objects to teleport into a mental image and the ability/speed of that being dependant on how well you know them
-The need to keep the eyes closed in the destination to not return

BTW About possible Awakening that was discussed (spoilers https://archive.4plebs.org/tg/thread/91152881/#91160505 https://archive.4plebs.org/tg/thread/91159887/#91163117 https://archive.4plebs.org/tg/thread/91159887/#91164070), I think without some weird multithreading approach (which tbh would be the easiest way to do all of that, would just require not actually taking somatic component, and just dumping all cons into definements now that that I think about it) that'd be a Versatile Quirk on a construct.

Quirk Definement x3(?) [+3QP; -3XP, -13QP] (very high mental strain up to coma tier (effectively, the duration is below short and concentration is just another way to break it; a minute total a day would be on the long side, with a migraine at least and that's probably after training it quite a bit), no personality, transferring momentum (this could be treated as refinement I guess), keeps eyes closed and disappears when opened, range limited to the range of the teleport, basically more definements than the allowed 3, and tbh one of those was taken by the teleport quirk, though there it could be swapped to extras and refinement theoretically)
Considering how big of a budget that is, it makes me think it'd be too op so maybe even if multithreading approach is the better option even if it's a bit cheesy. Just in case, it'd be some weird ass mechanics underneath it to explain how it works, with the end effect being basically a construct, and requiring definements to get cheesed a bit: the "clones" wouldn't really be clones, it'd be Hifumi performing super short teleports between multiple locations to the point where he's effectively in multiple spots at the same time. This would require the option with damage transfer though.
The idea of awakening was somewhat powergamy though, and I rather fell off from MHA, so I don't think I deserve it; characters that put more effort and pushed their stories further should probably be the first ones to get them. I think I should shelf it for now, though Awakening was rather central to the scene I planned for the finale of the conflict with Tomi.
