31Girl often changes appearance. Sometimes, she can be spotted with a t-shirt and a skirt on. But, a key feature that never leaves are her 31 hairclips. No matter what design, they will stay. She can be seen with a crimson eyepatch and a peg leg.

31Girl has been described as "smart" and "intellegent". 31Girl is often seen as dedicated to her beliefs. She will destruct anything keeping her from reaching her goal of joining a hivemind.
