Kiro no Kawa - Noble Yokai (Two-Shoes + Modest)
Backstory
There once was a worm. Like any other, it wriggled in the fresh soil. A bird plucked the worm into the sky, and it struggled to free itself. The worm was cut in half by the sharp beak of the bird, and the two halves fell. One half fell in the soil, but the other half fell into the windpipe of a boy. The boy was a Prince, the son of an Emperor, and his father called him the Sun of the future. The boy choked to death on the worm.
The other half of the worm dug into the soil and hid in fear, weak and pained. It wept for the half that it had lost. Burrowing into the earth, the worm dug into an underground river and was swept up in the currents. Deposited in darkness, it languished, alone.
In time, the worm that killed the sun was reviled and painted as a demon. As part of the same once-whole thing, the darkness dripped down through the dirt and stained the worm in the river. Where its other half was not alone, and struggled against the darkness for the sake of its children, the lone worm succumbed to darkness and drank deep. It began to collect the tears that sunk into the soil from lovers separated or lost, and longings unfulfilled. Following the tears, the river worm offered them solace and aid in exchange for their blood and souls. Poisoning dark water with desire, the worm created love potions for those that took its deals. Children born to couples that used these love potions would be tainted, a bloodline forever connected to the worm by a hidden thread.
Nurarihyon came one night to seek the worm and offer it a place in his great parade. The worm accepted, becoming known to the Yokai army as the Demon of the Evils of Love.

The Kiro no Kawa peers into the soul, peeling back the layers until its loves are laid bare. It is a master of perceiving attachments and vulnerabilities.
Greater Yokai Level Princess (Ojou-sama + Power of Love + Crosskill)
Though younger in the grand scheme of things than many of Nurarihyon's 100 demons, the Kiro no Kawa has proven shrewd in demonic politics, and well-liked by its peers.

Kiro no Kawa plucks at vulnerable emotions, inciting swelling outrage and violence among the humans, feeding negativity to the Idea World to further Nurarihyon's plans.

The Demon of the Evils of Love - Yourself/Incarnation
Even twisted into a dark power, love props others up and grants them the power to become greater than they were before. The Kiro no Kawa supports other Yokai, be they its equals among the 100 Demons, or mere servants. All those who serve the worm will see their desires slaked, no matter how dark, earning fierce loyalty.

The Kiro no Kawa, by virtue of its nature as an incomplete half, can fuse with other Yokai and Idea creatures to act as a symbiotic organism.
Toxic
Venoms capable of paralyzing, inducing attraction or arousal, and befuddling the senses. Potions of a dark and selfish love.
Beast I
Severed sections of Kiro no Kawa become small, weak worms with access to its Normal Skills. They can reattach themselves or attach to allies with Fusion, poison enemies with Toxic, or mildly manipulate water. They are only about as strong as a Nightmare Shade, nuisances at worst.

Saito Mimi (L/F) - Human Host
Saito Mimi is a woman from Kageoka, whose ancestor used one of the worm's love potions to seduce a wealthy merchant and secure herself a comfortable life. She has lived Under the Evil Star for all of her life, until the Kiro no Kawa sent Nightmare Eaters to feed on her and break down her humanity until she becomes a more easily influenced Consumed. Tugging at the threads, Kiro no Kawa has driven Mimi towards becoming the Higan Academy's dorm manager.
