• i can only accept payments through cashapp and in USD
• once you receive the finished piece, you can do whatever you want with it (color it, use it as a base, redesign it, whatever) UNLESS you resell it/claim my work as your own, it's for AI art, remove credit or signature, or use it for bigoted purposes
• i dont have any upfront charges but whatever you see as a preview will be watermarked until i receive the payment. if i am not paid you will not receive a finished piece until that point. i charge after a drawing is done, and the general rule of thumb is that i only charge once a piece is done and ready.
• my prices are set at the rates they are because i don't feel comfortable charging more for my art, especially when im not in any sort of financial crisis and there are plenty of important causes to donate to. also it doesnt take very long comparatively for me to make my art. for me this is reasonable
• i reserve the right to deny you a commission if i decide i don't want to do it. if i am unable to finish a commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund as soon as possible

when you dm about an adopt, that design will be reserved/on hold until i am paid for it -- these cases are the only times i will demand up-front payment. when payment is received, youll get a full-size no-watermark transparent png of the adopt and full ownership of the design/character! my commission use terms apply to adopts as well. if i am not paid for the adopt within a week of reaching out your slot will no longer be reserved and you will not receive the png or the rights
