The Dragoons, a native specie that lives on the land of /HAHA/. They are a varied breed, with 5 subspecies living together in peace.
Many speculate that the various mutations of these creatures come from times long gone, when dragons still roamed the skies. Depending on the subspecies, their intelligence, muscle mass, height, and manner of communication may vary.

The Average Dragoon:
The most common species and the one with the most members, a small, friendly-looking bipedal dragon. Covered in generally purple scales (the color varies from reddish to blue hues), it helps protect you from small edged weapons and common environmental hazards such as thorns, sharp rocks, and even cold weather. They have horns on top of their head that can be used as another method of self defense. They generally wears nothing except when the weather turns too cold in winter, wearing coats made from wild animal skins and wool. Being omnivorous, it has no problem adapting when the situation requires it.
This type of Dragoon, thanks to his intelligence, is the spearhead of the country, taking care of most of the basic tasks such as military defense, cultivation, trading, etc. They can communicate and interact really well with the other species that live on the continent. The females differ from the males by having smaller horns and a pastel color (also by cosmetic things like collars or the usage of flowers).

Sky's messenger:
A Dragoon quite similar to the common one, sharing many similarities except that it is quadrupedal (looking like a mini triceratops) and has a pair of wings that help it move faster where it is most needed. These are called Sky messenger since they are in charge of distributing messages and distribution of supplies via flying, a trait that serves both civilly and militarily. However, due to the size ratio of the body to the wings, flight distances and minutes are limited, only performing its duties within a range of a few kilometers. Requiring continuous breaks when it comes to traveling to very distant places, increasing the wear and tear of the individual.
They tend to use coats when flying with a with a small bag of supplies for own use in case of emergencies or multiple stops. They share the same intelligence, the same diet and distinction of female / male as their land counterparts.

The passive giant:
The tallest Dragoon, quadrupedal and with a long neck of great size. This harmless-looking fellow handles brute-force tasks like moving debris, lifting construction materials, or demolition tasks. As imposing as it looks, it only fulfills civil defects, since its slowness and slow reaction time inhibits it from carrying out military actions in the army. Another thing that works against him is that he is a herbivore, having a very different diet from the other Dragoons. Its intelligence is not the best, but not worse either. As the other Dragoons, the long boy barely wear something.
They have a tendency to be quite calm and speak only what is fair and necessary. The females are smaller and more curious, ergo, they are more social than their male counterpart who are known to be loners.

The chivalry:
Also known as the Chonky boy. These Dragoons have the lowest intelligence of all and can barely talk or pronounce words but don't let his idiocy fool you. They play a main role in Dragoon society, taking on civil tasks such as carrying merchandise on their backs, transport or fishing (thanks to their mobility in the water) as well as military tasks such as carrying heavy supplies, as mounts or even shock troops. against fortifications.
They have a round body with mini fins that help them swim easily. Despite its goofy appearance, its aggressive charging can scare away even the most prepared soldiers. They generally wear nothing apart from a large thick wool blanket over their backs or frontal leather armor in the army.
Unlike other Dragoons, the Chonky Boy does not have scales, instead his body is covered in a strong layer of tough skin capable of withstanding spear attacks.

Lizardfolk:
A demihuman subspecies that possess lizard-like attributes such as claws, scales and a short tail. They are a minority and for the most part, they take care of specialized jobs like blacksmithing, leatherworking, clothing manufacturing and even being traveling merchants but most importantly, their majority of the females tend to be Priestess or a job related to the Dragoon religion. Only a few of these Lizardfolk are on the army since their numbers are low and most of the time they are used for sabotage and assassination.
Their are somehow a bit more stronger than the average human but they are balanced out by being cold-blooded, unlike their other fellow Dragoons, they are very susceptible to cold weather, and will seek warm places to hibernate unless their temperatures are at a functioning level (also one of the reasons why not many are on the army). They struggle on Winter and Autumn and spend most of that time cooped up in their homes. They seem to be more respected than the other Dragoons since they have some resemblase of their Goddess Selen.
