3. feel free to re-offer anytime! even with old or new URLS, i change my taste very often so i may pick different URLS than what i picked in the past.
4. offers on bolded are okay! But i will be Very Picky.
5. I only do URL4URL at the moment, and it'll stay that way fo awhile.
