What is CFG?

The following will be taken straight from https://docs.novelai.net/text/cfg.html. Refer to it for further clarification.

In the Presets sidebar, if you scroll down, you'll see a slider titled "CFG Scale". Firstly, I recommend that you DON'T touch it. Much like many other sliders, CFG is yet another way to lose yourself in mindlessly configuring until you lose your mind. Instead, use one of the CFG-enabled presets (Blook, Tesseract, Blended Coffee, Pilotfish, Green Active Writer, Cosmic Cube).

With that out of the way, let's return to the main question. CFG, or Classifier Free Guidance, is a way to make Kayra's outputs more vibrant and on-topic. It will conform to the style, themes, and ideas that are being thrown at it. Be careful though! CFG can very easily pollute your roleplay, just as much as it can help. It, for example, might have a hard time toning down certain aspects, even long after they should've gone away. The easiest solution is to, instead of lower the CFG slider, switch to a preset that doesn't have CFG.

Negative Prompt

While CFG is intended to be used with this textbox empty, you may add undesirable strings of text that you don't want to see in your current scenario. If, for example, Kayra is trying really hard to end the scene abruptly, you may add the things it's saying (that you don't like) to this textbox. Just as with simply using CFG, be careful with this, and always remember to clear it once the relative topics are no longer part of the roleplay.
