if i suddenly unfriend or block you without reason, it probably isn't because you've done something wrong. i tend to overthink a lot and sometimes i convince myself i'm bothering people or that they don't want me around. i may need time to sort through my thoughts before reaching out again. please don't take it personally or pressure me for an explanation, but you're welcome to ask if something happened. i may do this many times, especially if we do not talk.
