Known as a respected scientist amongst the vampire lines, he is the father of Mirai and distinguished philantropist of demon world.
꒱ Dion is a noble vampire whose main occupation stems from the lack of blood sources for the Bat Clan. Alongside many years of study, he wants to create an alternative to blood, an artifical nutrient that can sustain many without harming humans. His belief is humans and vampires stem from one common ancestor and taking in from them is unethical and rightfully beastily in nature. As such, he always taught Mirai about the fairness between all species regardless of status or merit. That's one reason he trust Kron with his daughter despite being a ghoul.
His ideology might seem opposing but it doesnmt threaten Karlheinz's main plan for now. He regards Dion as too brilliant to be diacrded and at such, he is spared.
As a vampire, he shares similar abilities to re-animate the dead but in a smaller capacity. His underreliance on his magic abilities keep him closer to his goal as a humanitarian.
