i just really love the sea
something about the sound of waves the smell of salt in the air its so calming
i could sit by the shore for hours just watching the water move
it makes everything feel lighter like the ocean takes a bit of your worries with each wave
honestly its my favorite place to be
feels like home even when im completely alone

  With sapphire waves and breath of brine,
  She tells of time in every line.
• Her laughter crashes on the shore,
  Then dances back to sing once more.
  In moonlit silk or storm’s wild cry,
  She wears the moods of earth and sky.
• She hides her secrets in the foam,
  A thousand tales beneath her dome.
  Of sunken ships and sirens’ grace,
  Of distant lands we’ll never trace.
• Yet when I stand where breakers gleam,
  I feel her call, a drifting dream
  To leave the land and sail away,
  Forever lost in ocean’s sway.
