Before Tokyo Revenger's current storyline
In timeline zero, Shinichiro buys a toy airplane for little Mikey to play with. One day, while playing with it Mikey falls down a flight of stairs and lands on his head. Mikey doesn't die, however it leaves him in a vegative state for the rest of his life until July 20th where he passed away. That is when Shinichiro later murders the homeless guy, gets the timeleap powers, attempts suicide and gets sent back into the past.

In the current timeline, Mikey is alive, however one day when Senju sneakily plays with Mikey's toy airplane, she breaks it on accident. When asked by Mikey who broke it, she panics and places the blame onto Sanzu where then the dark impulses which were once Shinichiro's, now passed onto Mikey, took over and put Mikey in a state where he could not control his actions and make him tear open Sanzu's mouth.

- Everyone thinks Mikey's name is lame. (Like how when Mikey came up with the "Tokyo Manjiro Gang" name (or Tokyo Manji, don't remmeber what he said in the flashback...) everyone commented that the name was lame.)
Was a black belt in karate by the age of 9, and a black belt in taekwondo by 12. Considered a martial art genius and was labeled as a prodigy.
