How do I play?

Download and install SRB2K (https://github.com/STJr/Kart-Public/releases/tag/v1.6)
Download and copy files for Neptune (https://codeberg.org/NepDisk/srb2k-neptune/releases)
Run "srb2kart-neptune"
In the multiplayer menu, select Specify IPv4 Address and enter 45.63.8.116
