❝ What is a riako ？❞
Riako's are feminine-aligned people who ship themself with their F/O¹．Most yumejoshi's use self-inserts² or OC's³ for shipping ，while riako's use their true self without change．
These people truly believe they themself are dating their F/O¹．

Gachikoi's are masculine-aligned people who ship themself with their F/O¹．Most yumedanshi's use self-inserts² or OC's³ for shipping ，while gachikoi's use their true self without change．

❝ What is a yume ？❞
A "yume" is a person who imagines & or believes they have a romantic relationship with their F/O¹．It refers to the creation of a dream or fantasy where the fan imagines a romantic relationship with their idol．The term "yume" means dream in Japanese．
The feminine-aligned version of "yume" is "yumejoshi" ，while the masculine-aligned version is "yumedanshi"．"Joshi" being girl & "danshi" being boy．
F/O¹ :
The term "F/O" stands for "fictional other" ，which refers to the character the fan is romantically attached to．
Self-insert² :
A self-insert is an OC that resembles the creator in any way shape or form．It does not have to completely look like them ，however ，it should have qualities that resemble the creator whether they be physically or mentally．
OC³ :
OC stands for original character．It is simply a character created by a fan for a specific media or just for fun．
