hiii this is the rentry where i store commission info, tos, and just general rules about how my art can be used!! i only say when commissions are open via my discord bio, and will announce it on twitter as well ^_^ this page will NOT be updated

faq

1. "What programs do you use?"
   i use photoshop for digital art, flipaclip for animation, and alight motion + inshot for editing!!!
2. "What brushes do you use?"
   in photoshop i use rough inker, and on flipaclip i use the default brush + the pencil tool for glow effects :3
3. "How long have you been drawing for? How long have you been animating?"
   i've been making art from a very young age, and started digital art and animation in mid 2020 !!

art + oc usage rules

1. My art may not, under any circumstances, be used to train an AI program or be uploaded to NFT and cryptocurrency sites/programs.
2. If using my art as a profile picture, banner, or anything otherwise, you must provide credit.
   • To properly credit; in the post, add a link to my Twitter, or type in my @. A link is preferable, but just an @ works.
3. Reposting my artwork is allowed with PROPER CREDIT. If no credit is provided, I will not hesitate to report the repost and attempt to take it down.
   • For video edits/fancams, please ask before using my art.
   • If sharing my artwork, use links to posts if possible.
4. If you desire to make edits to any artwork I've made, commissioned or not, you MUST ask me beforehand, and explain what changes you are going to make. You may not publicly post any edited versions of my art unless I state otherwise.
   • I do NOT allow NSFW, bigoted, or hateful edits of my art.
   • You may not edit the skin tones of characters within my artwork.
5. Do not take my artwork and claim it as your own in any way. Do not take my original characters and try to claim them as your own, or try and redesign them in order to "reclaim" them.
6. If you take inspiration from my art, credit isn't needed unless you believe otherwise.
7. Roleplaying with my original characters without permission is prohibited. Do not participate in NSFW or suggestive roleplays with my original characters, ESPECIALLY if they're a minor, or ageless.
8. Do not draw any of my characters in sexual, suggestive, or NSFW (Not safe for work) ways. Do not depict them with bigoted or hateful imagery.
9. When drawing any of my characters with pride flags, please consult me beforehand as there are some flags I prefer to not be used.
10. When drawing my original characters with gore, please be sure to not go overboard with it. This includes heavy amounts of organs or internal body parts showing, but candy/pastel gore is exempt from this rule. You may draw my original characters with as much blood, eyestrain, and body horror (that is NOT trypophobia related) as you see fit.
    • Some original characters are not allowed to be drawn with gore, blood, or body horror of ANY amount. Asking beforehand helps a lot.

commission terms of service

1. I have the right to turn down any commission, for any reason, with or without an explanation.
2. Refunds are not accepted, except under specific circumstances listed below:
   • Your commission has been left as a sketch or just lineart for longer than 2.5 months, and you do not want to extend the time given.
   • Your commission has been left as a sketch or just lineart for longer than an imposed deadline, and you cannot extend the time given.
     I am within my right to refund a commission at any time as long as it is within the stage of a sketch or lineart. Once anything beyond this (Such as coloring, shading, details, etc.) is reached, you may not receive a refund.
3. When your artwork is received, the same repost rules under my art usage rules (See rule 2) apply. The same art theft rules (See rule 4) apply as well.
4. Commissions may take a long time to complete. I am a slower artist and still attend school, and have other extracurricular activities and projects. At most, a commission will take 2.5 months, but this is dependent on complexity. If I spent longer on this, you are within your right to cancel
   If you have a specific deadline for your commission, please tell me IMMEDIATELY. This imposed deadline may not be less than 2 weeks.
   If you desire to extend your deadline, or the 2.5 months timeframe, please contact me about it.
5. To confirm you have read my terms of service, please include the codeword "cinnamon" when commissioning me.
6. Communication is key. If there is an aspect of your commission that you want changed, or do not find satisfactory, please let me know IMMEDIATELY.
   • If you "ghost" my messages continuously, then your commission may be cancelled. You will receive a warning beforehand.
7. You can pay me either before the commission has been started, or once the sketch/lineart is complete. You may NOT split the price and pay at the beginning, then pay at the end.
8. PLEASE do NOT commission me when you know you cannot pay.
9. I will NOT modify my prices, and will not let commissioners pay me in "exposure".
10. Commissioners may request an update at any time, and can request to see a WIP (Work in progress).

• heavy amounts of mechs or armor
• nsfw + suggestive art
• fetish + kink art
• heavy amounts of gore
• hateful or bigoted imagery
• detailed backgrounds
