arlecchino (c1 r1), yelan (c0 r2 -> c1 r2), layla (c0 -> c6) , barbara (c6) <- one might be replaced with citlali
flins (0 -> c0 r1), ineffa (c0), aino (c3 -> c6), sucrose (c6)
nefer (0 -> c0), lauma (c0 -> c1), columbina (c0), kokomi (0 -> c0)
^ everyone is or will be maxxed, 9/9/9 or crowned

other usable characters:

thoughts i have about the teams:
varesa team: varesa can solo anything but she needs a healer (chevy in this case), i use iansan, chevy, bennett, for overload but i rarely switch characters from varesa so i CAN give up any of these in favor of other teams, tho i dont think iansan would be useful for anyone other than varesa.
arlecchino team: yelan for hydro application, layla for shield because arlecchino cant be healed + some cryo application, barbara c6 to be able to revive every 15 minutes with full hp because again arlecchino cant be healed so she dies even with shield i got a skill issue okay.
flins: this is "flins premium" but i feel like premium teams just maximize dps and me personally i need a healer... i still dont know who to replace with a healer, id put a hydro healer like kokomi instead of aino to keep the hydro application but i NEED ineffa + aino in the same team and obviously ineffa is flins best support. i will most likely replace sucrose with a healer IF i see that i cant survive without one in abyss/stygian, but for now im sticking to the flins premium team.
nefer team: columbina, no explanation needed. lauma is nefers best support, and she heals at c1. i dont have her c1 YET so idk how much i can trust it for healing because lauma isnt an actual healer, so i might need to add a healer in the 4th spot. as for the 4th spot it will probably be kokomi or yaoyao if i do need a healer, most likely kokomi bc i do not trust columbina alone for hydro app, but if shes on flins team yaoyao is an okay alternative. been told to use my nahida as the 4th spot bc she gives em buff but i just cant see it working like what would the rotation even be... i WISHHH i could use kuki or any electro on the 4th spot bc i LOVE hyperbloom but nefer is so poopy and only good with bloom. poop.

aaaaanyway im gonna CRY SO HARD when these characters that i only pulled for meta are no longer meta and the average snezhnaya 5 star powercreeps them all. i can already see the day. this is why i dont pull characters that i reeeaally dont like... if it wasnt for damage id probably never think of pulling nefer or flins or kokomi but theyre pretty enough to not stain my account. i will NOT fall for the lunar crystalize propaganda however. i am NEVER pulling zibai. i will NEVER build a geo. i dont care how meta it is ITS PROPAGANDA AAAAAAHHHHH no i genuinely hate geo. i also wouldnt pull for ugly chatacters (ex: itto, varka, neuvilette, zhongli, tighnari) even if they get buffs that make them like 10 times better than all the top dps's in game rn. so i will NAWT pull mavuika! when i pull for characters my priority is 4 things: damage, design, playstyle, element. they have to be somewhat balanced. if a character does insane damage and playstyle that i love and looks really fun but is ugly, i wont pull. if a character is really pretty, does damage, has a cool playstyle but is an element i dislike (g*o) i would probably pull if im not saving for anyone, but would never build or even level up (the treatment i gave navia). if a character is really pretty and has a cool playstyle and is an element im okay with but doesnt do damage or generally is useless, id only pull if im not saving. oh damn i just realized how much i wrote so ill stop here bai
