Rentry ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content hosted on Rentry (available at rentry.co and rentry.org) infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notification in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2. Filing a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on Rentry infringes your copyright, please provide the following information to our DMCA agent in a written notice:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it (a URL or link to the specific page is best).
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Please note that incomplete DMCA notices may not be processed. Rentry may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material upon receiving a valid notice.
3. Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may file a counter-notice with our DMCA agent. Your counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content in accordance with the DMCA unless the original complainant files a court action to prevent the restoration.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Rentry reserves the right to take appropriate action against repeat infringers, which may include permanently blocking access to content submitted by users who repeatedly submit infringing material, as required by the DMCA.
