    • Connection: Droids do not usually develop ideological beliefs or become driven to pursue greater causes beyond their original programming, but they do tend to form attachments with organic lifeforms along with other droids.
    • Improvement: It is only natural that a droid with strategic analysis functionality may become motivated to routinely make genuine suggestions on how to eliminate supply inefficiencies, optimize combat strategies, or enhance training regimens. Conversely, a more cynical droid might snark endlessly about broken regulations or errors in organic judgement.
    • Secrecy: Subtlety will never be a strong point for a security droid that's two-meters tall. Then again, the Empire isn't known for being subtle either. Paradoxically then, perhaps the optimal way for your droid character to blend in is by standing out.

HEROIC-LEVEL PLAY

  • On Heroic-Level Builds:
    Force and Destiny and FFG's Clone Wars supplements codify the concept of "Heroic-level" (AKA Knight-level) PCs, who better reflect the capabilities of main characters seen on-screen. Compared to characters made with default character creation, Heroic-level PCs enjoy an extra 150 XP (which can't be spent on Characteristics) and a bonus of 9,000 credits.

    Listed beneath the item purchase recommendations are two progression paths for your character: Analyst or Enforcer. Which progression path you choose determines the optimal way to spend the extra XP you receive either through Heroic-level character creation or via the normal course of gameplay.
