✦ genesis' presence is quiet and gentle, rarely speaking in excess or acting to draw attention. she prefers to observe from afar, only taking a tangible form in situations deemed necessary, whatever that may be. in conversation, she is (perhaps uncomfortably) privy to other's emotions and thoughts, not thinking twice to ask intimate questions and prod for details on a whim.
she has a profound adoration for the player, desiring their connection and ultimate salvation at the end of their journey. her eternal love for her creation is not based in behavior or merit, and thus, cannot be diminished. despite the circumstances surrounding the labyrinth, genesis still seeks out a mutual relationship with both john and the entities he faces, regardless of reciprocity.
as a diety unfathomably higher than humans, she laments the wall that exists between herself and her creations, where they will never be able to return her affection with the same vigor. despite that grief, she embraces their free will, seeing it as infinitely more valuable than programmed devotion. it's satiating, in a way, to have humans to choose to accept her, as well as go against their own desires to heed her holy word.
